Das Kona Plaza befindet sich direkt im Herzen von Kailua-Kona und ist ein ruhiges und privates Gebäude mit Eigentumswohnungen. Alles, was Sie in Kona unternehmen möchten, erreichen Sie bequem zu Fuß. Gleich auf der anderen Straßenseite können Sie zum Strand, zum Pier, zum Einkaufen und zu den besten Restaurants der Stadt gehen. Diese Wohnungseinheit (303) befindet sich im dritten Stock mit Blick auf die wunderschöne Kailua Bay und direktem Meerblick.

Die Wohnung wurde im Jahr 2018 komplett renoviert und verfügt über ein Schlafzimmer mit einem neuen Kingsize-Bett und einer sehr komfortablen neuen Queensize-Ausziehcouch sowie einem neuen Schrank- / Queensize-Bett im Wohnzimmer (für 2-6 Personen). Aufblasbare Matratzen sind auch erhältlich, wenn die Kinder / Erwachsenen auf der Veranda schlafen möchten (Unsere Jungs lieben es, draußen auf der Veranda zu schlafen). Die Wohnung wurde vor kurzem komplett renoviert und in einem tropischen und komfortablen Inselstil renoviert. Es umfasst eine voll ausgestattete Küche zum Kochen (neue Spülmaschine) sowie eine Waschmaschine / Trockner im Inneren der Einheit.

Während Ihres Aufenthalts im Kona Plaza Unit 303 können Sie den Salzwasserpool (ohne Chlor), die Sonnenterrassen, den Grillplatz (nur wenige Schritte entfernt) und die sichere Tiefgarage in der Unterkunft nutzen. In der Nähe finden Sie weitere Geschäfte, Kunstgalerien, Geschäfte für Strandbekleidung, Friseursalons, Spas, Juweliere und großartige Restaurants. Perfekte Lage für Touristen oder erfahrene Reisende.

Diese Location ist perfekt für den Ironman Triathlon. Sie können den schwimmenden Teil des Wettbewerbs auch vom Lanai oder einem der Sonnendecks und den Marathon (auf Ali'i Dr) vom Lanai aus beobachten. Fast täglich springen Spinner-Delfine zur Unterhaltung nach vorne! Die riesigen Schallschutz-Glasschiebetüren zur Veranda blicken auf den Ali'i Drive und das Meer und blockieren jeglichen Lärm. Die Glasschiebetüren bestehen aus schallisoliertem Glas und bieten jedem im Gerät ein sehr leises Erlebnis. Die zentrale Gebäudeklimatisierung ist mit einem neuen Regler für eine genauere und komfortablere Klimaregelung ausgestattet.

Great location

We had a great stay! Mary was very responsive, and her condo was very well stocked with beach equipment and other condo necessities. She even let us check in a bit early since it was vacant the day we arrived.

We had a blast here. Walking distance to the water, restaurants, shopping centers and more. Mary is a very generous host and provided us with everything we needed to enjoy our trip. Above and beyond. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to stay in the Kona area.

Great location

Amazing Kona trip with the perfect rental. The location is perfect for strolling the strip and walkable to all sorts of places. The condo was equipped with lots of extras for beach outtings and toiletries. I’d definitely rent this property again.

Perfect condo

The condo was perfect! It was clean and comfortable. There was everything you would ever need. The large lanai had a great view - I saw whales every day including a beautiful breach! It was easy access to the main roads to get to anywhere on the island. You could walk to many great restaurants and shops. We would highly recommend!

I would live here.

Perfect location. Centrally located. Parking garage. Wonderful ocean view. Lovely home. Lots of room. Many accoutrements. A/C. Large comfortable bed. Wal-Mart is about 1/4 mile away. Owners very helpful. Favorite place we stayed in Hawaii by a far sight.

A Hawaiian Gem! Fully stocked!

In the heart of Kailua-Kona! The best part was waking up to the sounds of the ocean waves and ending our evening with the sunset and sounds of music from nearby establishments. The apartment complex is quiet and secured. The hosts have really thought of everything. There was not one item missing from this home. I especially appreciated the array of spices available. It was great to have enough dishes supplied in the house. The house has all the beach gear you need (chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, snorkeling equipment for ALL ages, ice chests, water bottles, and even sunscreen!!!) We will definitely stay here again when returning to the island!

Limited AC, crowded space, lots & lots beach stuff

Pros: owner responsive, location in middle of Kona, multiple copies of everything you need for the beach, lots of fans (they are needed) Cons: Listing says building has central AC. Upon arrival place was 85 and learned building AC hasn’t worked in years. There’s a large floor AC in the bedroom that cooled off that room, living room stayed hot. Listing needs to be corrected. Check-in and check- out instructions were overwhelming. As mentioned in other reviews, lots of furniture in the living room. To use either murphy bed, must move large recliners into hallway. And upon leaving, must put everything back and wash bedding. Summary: If you are a small group, want to be downtown Kona, don’t worry about AC, and spend your time at the beach this may work for you.

Kailua-Kona stay

Communication with owner was excellent. She was very accommodating and even allowed us to drop our luggage early so we didn't have to drive around all day with our bags in our car. The place is very well equipped with kitchen goods, beach & snorkel gear, toiletries, etc. You can't beat the location - shops/restaurants/bars/pier/beach all within walking distance. We saw about 40 dolphins from the patio. My only criticism (if you can call it that) is the oversized furniture. Two enormous reclining chairs are in the living area and there is no where to move them if you open the sleep-away & trundle bed. The furniture on the patio is also difficult to get around. We were out most of the day, anyway. I would definitely stay here over a hotel because of all the amenities.

Outstanding location, large lanai, clean home

My family of 4 stayed for 3 nights in June, 2022 and we loved the place. My teenage kids slept on the pull-out couch and the murphy bed, which made for a full living room space, but the large size of the lanai more than made up for the restricted space when both beds were pulled out. The secured garage with parking space and elevator up to the floor was an added bonus. We were also really grateful for the closet containing snorkel and beach gear...everything we needed was available. Location of the apartment could not be better--right in the center of Kailua-Kona just off Ali'i drive, with views of the bay and sounds of the town. ABC store across the street. Full kitchen, clean and modern bathroom, and central air conditioning. Communication with Mary was excellent--she helped in several instances prior to and during our stay. If I have the opportunity, I would stay here again without hesitation.

Fantastic

The Condo very nice and clean, nice view from balcony, shopping centers and restaurants, Ice Cream shop, very close by from Condo! In fact, when you leave your Condo, it's a very short walk to all the shops and restaurants! We highly recommend this Condo and another Condo just across, we stayed there our last night when we returned from Maui. Check it out!

Great location and very responsive Host.

The host was very responsive answering our questions during the booking process. The Condo is located on Alii Dr. across the street from the beach, walking distance to shops and restaurants. The unit is clean and well stocked; everything from shampoo and conditioner to a first aid kit. TV has numerous paid channels and WiFi is available. There is secure parking in the basement parking garage and there is an elevator to the unit which is on the 3rd floor. Although there is $165 cleaning fee the check- in instructions notify you that you must strip the bed and wash and dry any excess towels used during your stay (you are allowed 1 towel and 1 washcloth per guest) before checking out. Fortunately the washer and dryer were not working so we did not have to spend the last morning of our stay doing laundry.

Great spot for family of 4

Mary and Tracy thought of everything in setting this condo up. All of the utensils, pots, and pans in the kitchen are clean and functional (nonstick pans in a rental that are actually nonstick, brand new baking sheets, and knives that work! So nice!) Beds are great and we had tons of sleeping space for our family of 4. Location is walking distance to lots of shops and restaurants. The view from the lanai is awesome. Definitely recommended!

Perfect

This condo was just perfect for the two of us. The location is convenient to lots of restaurants and shopping. The bay is a few minutes away. The view was lovely, we even saw spinner dolphins from the lanai. The condo itself is equipped with everything you will need if you choose to cook. It took me awhile to locate the pool, which is a nice size with comfortable chairs and friendly people. All the restaurants we tried were great and service was good. I can't wait to return!!

This unit is as close to central Kailua-Kona as you can get. Go down the stairs or use the elevator and be in the middle of everything Kona has to offer. Including one of the closest rental units to the start line of the World Championship Ironman Triathlon. Underground secure parking is a rare bonus in Kona. Watch marine life like Spinner Dolphins and Humpbacks, harbor boats, canoe races, cruise ships, submarines and harbor activities from the living room and lanai!
