The space
The studio is conveniently located minutes from Miami International Airport and just about 15 minutes away from Downtown Miami, Port of Miami, Wynwood, and beaches. Various restaurants and shopping malls with lots of stores are around the corner, and train and bus stations are just minutes/block away.
The space is 300 sf, shared with the owner, who occupies the primary residence, but the studio is completely separated and enjoys a great sense of privacy. Despite the small area, our guest studio was recently remodeled. It has a comfy queen-size bed, a counter-size dining set, a practical floating desk, FREE WIFI, a 55” TV (Roku), mini-split a/c unit, and is tastefully decorated with trendy furniture.
The kitchenette has a full-size fridge, microwave, toaster, and coffee machine.
The bathroom has a large LED mirror, a good shower, and complimentary travel-size shampoo, conditioner, and soap.
