Summertime visitors will have easy access to everything that makes the Hamptons famous - the beach is only two miles away, and Napeague State Park is around six miles away. Farm stands, golf courses, and hiking trails abound, and it’s just a few minutes’ drive to East Hampton Village or Amagansett. If you don’t want to leave home at all, spend lazy days enjoying the private back yard pool. In the cooler months, enjoy watching the leaves fall or head out to snowshoe or cross-country ski.
Inside, you’ll find hardwood floors, an open floor plan, and lots of natural light. Relax together in the large living room or spend time on the screened porch off the living room when it’s warm outside. The well-equipped kitchen features all the appliances and plenty of counter space, and there’s room for the whole gang at the large dining table both inside and on the screened porch, when meals are served. Entertainment options include four streaming-capable TVs, free cable, and WiFi. Central AC and an in-home washer/dryer offer another layer of convenience. If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
