Loved this comfy beautiful place

Not only was the interior perfect, they had everything we needed plus some. We didn’t need the extra beds but wow for space and hospitality. Would highly recommend this place and would stay here again!

Amazing Stay

The house was very nice and in a perfect location in CC. We loved how the rooms were laid out and it fit our family perfectly. Everything in the listing was true to the house. We will fore sure stay at this listing again.

The house was beautifully done and comfortable for the 5 of us! The location wasn’t bad just not great. We did enjoy the house and the communication was easy and excellent!

Corpus trip

Beautiful place. Maybe warn people that there had been smoking in the house. We had a few family members that had allergies and it was affecting them. The glad scents were overpowering so we unplug them. That is when we smelled the underlying smoke. Other than that it was a great place.

Family Weekend

It started off really good but then after a long day at the beach on Saturday we came back to the house around 4pm and discovered the hot water was not working. I called and texted Daniel at 4:52pm, my husband thought it was just the breaker so that would be a quick fix. He called back at 7pm, came over to fix it, we left to go back to the beach. He stated before we left that it was fixed. We came back to the house that night and it still wasn't fixed. I let him know the next morning that we still didn't have hot water and now the stove top was not working. My husband went to the breaker box, which we found out was not locked in the garage but was in the back yard. He was able to wiggle the breaker and get the stove top to work but then the hot water heater started leaking so we had to shut the hot water off. Not only can you not take a warm shower but you can't wash dishes without hot water. And kids don't like taking a cold bath/shower. The breaker box needs to be replaced so if you rent this house, just know that you will need to wiggle the breakers when something stops working. It's a nice house, some bugs in the kitchen but it was hot outside so maybe that's to be expected. I wouldn't stay here again unless I know the breaker issue was resolved. It was very unpredictable.

Summer Vacation

This was a great home, it was clean and the decor was very nice. The property owner communicated very well and made us feel welcome. It really exceeded our expectations and we would recommend to anyone in the Corpus Christi area.

Perfect for Families

This house was located in a great little neighborhood and in-between all the local attractions. Yard was nice kitchen was well stocked, owners had great communication and were super helpful throughout the stay. We all felt at home here. 10/10 Would book again.

Beautiful Home, Great Location!

Everything was exactly as pictured, and the location was perfect. Very quiet neighborhood within 5 minutes of most things you could possibly need, and a short drive to the beaches. Check-in was simple with great communication from the host, and there was ample space for our party of nine. The welcome gift was a lovely touch, and we had everything we needed. I would love to stay here anytime!

Retired Educators Attending Convention

Our group of 6 retired teachers thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house looks like a decorating/remodeling design featured in HGTV and proved to be as comfortable as it was appealing to the eye. We sat on the back porch for an evening wine tasting and played games at dining room table. The location was a 20-25 minute beautiful drive to the American Bank Center Convention location. The property owner Daniel made arrival, our stay, and leaving easy as he quickly communicated to any of our questions. We hope to stay here in the future!

Perfect place for family stay.

The house was pristine. The host was fast to respond to communication. The online photos matched the property. The home/host was very accommodating. Has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The neighborhood is quiet and lovely. Short distance to everything. The back patio is so comfy, just like the rest of the house. Would definitely start again. 10/10.

Hidden Gem

From booking to check out this property surpassed my expectations. Truly a hidden gem in Corpus Christi. Home was beautifully decorated, and made for a very comfortable stay. This was our 4th stay in Corpus Christi. Have been disappointed in some past properties as they were not a true representation in pictures, appeared staged, but Daniel’s property was exactly as represented in photos. Will definitely return and enjoy another stay in this beautiful house in its quiet and friendly neighborhood. Daniel was a terrific host and responded to questions immediately. Thank you to the Estrada’s for welcoming us to their property.

Perfect Texas mini vacation

Brought my two teenagers to CC for some R-n-R and fishing. We had great time, the property was perfect, plenty of room to relax and organize. We really enjoyed the back patio and grill. In all the house was exactly as advertised and exactly what we were hoping for.

Nice house

It was a nice house, nice big kitchen, good size bedrooms but no tv's in the bedrooms, living room was nice and plenty of space for everyone, nice backyard with patio and furniture to entertain.For the most part it was pretty clean. Would like to have a tv at least in master bedroom and it would be nice in the others as well. Our son and granddaughter actually stayed there and I understand the guest bathroom was upgraded but not the master bath. Hopefully it will be for future stays. There was an issue with the guest bathroom having toilet paper in toilet like it had just been used and not flushed. Otherwise it is a nice house for the price and owner is very helpful and communicative. Also it is close to shopping.
