New To The Market! Relax in this newly renovated 5 Bedroom 4 Bath raised beach house located in the family-friendly Cherry Grove section of North Myrtle Beach, SC. This raised beach home is located right on the channel, providing guests with a wide variety of entertainment options. Enjoy the serenity of kayaking or canoeing on the channel, soak up the sun by the salt water pool or take a three minute walk to the beach at the end of the street. As soon as you step foot in the newly renovated beach house, you're welcomed by a very stylish and comfortable open-plan living area. It is designed and decorated in an elegant manner that compliments the fantastic waterfront setting of the North Myrtle Beach, SC. New stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and a massive granite island with USB charging sets the stage for memorable gatherings. Complete with Insta-Hot faucet, ice maker, dishwasher, electric skillet, crockpot, blender, the fully equipped kitchen and adjacent dining area lend their way to cooking and conversation. The kitchen and dining in area open onto the entertaining living room with a sectional sofa and 65” flat screen Smart TV. The living room and king master bedroom offer waterfront views overlooking the pool and the channel. Retreat to five comfortable bedrooms, ALL on the main level. Two master suites with full bath en-suites provide ample privacy.

When beach time is done, explore the private outdoor areas where you can cool off in the swimming pool, soak up the sun on the deck, by the pool, or on the channel deck. Cool drinks and corn hole for afternoon fun. Explore the channels by kayak or canoe. Bring your own or rent from one of our favorite local merchants. A propane Weber grill makes meals a breeze. Easy to enjoy outdoor living and meals in the picnic area.

Great place

We truly enjoyed our stay. The house had almost everything we needed to have a great week. Some issues with the high tech fridge and freezer but everything else was great.

Pack your bags!

This place was like Mary Poppins—practically perfect in every way! There are too many thoughtful touches to mention them all. The beds were very comfortable, with extra blankets and pillows. The towels were clean and fluffy. The kitchen is well laid out and very well supplied. The pool and the outdoor spaces were just amazing. We’ve stayed in various places in Cherry Grove over the last 30 years and this is by far the nicest we’ve ever had the pleasure of staying in. Highly recommend!

Great Visit

We were very impressed with the cleanliness of the property. Towels and linens provided were very nice. The pool was a wonderful feature and we enjoyed a little fishing off the back porch and the dock. Access to the beach was good. We had a wonderful stay.

Great Week!

This home was exactly as advertised. Plenty of space for all of us. The pool is not large but super cute and our kids spent most of their time in it - even in the rain! The covered portion of the lower deck was great to be able for us adults to hang out and play games and still keep an eye on the kids while they swam. The open concept kitchen/dining/living made for a fun and inclusive atmosphere for everyone. We will definitely be booking this property again in the future!

Ready to return!

We had a great time. Perfect location, beautiful home, well stocked with essentials, and back water fishing and convenience of pool (though cold, kids braved it) was ideal for our family. We loved our Thanksgiving getaway! My only issue is that we were expecting 4 bathrooms, one per family and the 4th bathroom was actually downstairs by pool and not inside house, and already winterized. Not a huge deal, just not what we were expecting. We really did love the house layout and amenities. Thank you for helping make our stay wonderful!

Birthday Celebration!

It was very nice. A few glitches in the house. Notifies property management contact. Said they would let maintenence know, however, nobody came to address. Wasn't anything that would have made us leave, but would have been nice if someone called or came to address. Home is very comfortable, nicely decorated and suited for a relaxing, fun and enjoyable stay. Having TV's in every room along with the ports for firestks was extremely nice as no fighting over who gets to watch what !😃 The outside lounge area by the pool was very nice. The shower, bathroom and ice chest was a very nice touch.

We love this place but had a few issues.

This is our family's second trip to this property. We really love it and it is perfect for our family. The pool is great, our kids fish from the dock, and the beach is a 30 second golf cart ride away. When we arrived the owner let us know that the previous group had left a mess and they were very sorry but they would "make it right". Mostly a trash smell under the house and the a broken handrail were the issues but we figured we could live with it. We did experience some other issues during the week and most were addressed. However, after we left we called to rectify the issues (because we were told they would "make it right") and received considerable pushback from the owner. We were even accused of breaking a door lock because we didn't call in the damage in a timely manner, and something about leaving a child unattended. Also, the car charger charged me a $40 parking fee on top of the charge rate, this is certainly not indicated in the listing description. Its a great house but honestly I feel like we were penalized because of what a previous group did and the owner handled it poorly.

Once all amenities kicked in it was smooth stay and the crabs were enjoyed by all.

In that we rent a house this size w/ pool, somewhere each year, our overall stay ranked pretty well. Steps were a little much - boomers be aware. Refrig will need replacing soon - no ice - soft ice cream - last leg - it’s a ways to beach - once there no golf cart parking and they will ticket! The local gro store was high priced b/f - now - absolutely insane! Most annoying though was Sun @ 4 until til 10 AM on Sat - we lost a day of our week @ the beach. House & accoutrements were clean - pool was fantastic - a couple of paddle boards and a rowboat would have prob knocked it out of park. It was a great vacation, I guess. When, between the 2nd or 3rd bottle of wine, I think, it was suggested we book it again for next year there was not a resounding ‘YES’ heard. Our time a AirWaves was a spectacular time of fun, family and friends and we thank you for letting us enjoy your beautiful beach house.

Beautiful property

We had a few hiccups with this home but still enjoyed our stay. Upon arrival we couldn't get in. They keypad wasn't working. We waited 40 minutes with cold food until someone arrived for us to gain access. The keypad was never fixed, instead we received one key to use until Tuesday when they brought more..That night we discovered one of the TV's were broken. We notified management right away. Within 3 days they brought a new one. It was nice that they replaced it asap however; we still could not use it due to the homeowner needing to make an account. This was disappointing. The fridge struggled to make ice and the dish washer wasn't good at drying. We had instructions for garbage and recycling pick up but they never emptied our recycling bin even though we had it out for pick up. At the end of the stay you are required to wash, dry and put away all dishes and strip all the bedding. The home its self is beautiful. We loved the kitchen with the huge island, dining, & living room open concept area. It was cleanly. The downstairs outside was our favorite place to hang out. We enjoyed the pool, dock for fishing, and playing corn hole. The grill is a nice addition for people who like to eat in a few times. The pool bathroom is a nice touch so you aren't tracking water through the home. The house did accommodate 10 people comfortably and we would consider staying again.
