Note: The Beach Club at Las Catalinas is a private entity, guests staying at this home can purchase access to its facilities onsite for an additional cost per person. The beach club is undergoing refurbishment; therefore, partial sections of the club may not be available to guests during their stay.

The flat features three bedrooms in total, including an ensuite master suite on one end and two guest bedrooms on the other. A small oceanview Juliet balcony adjoins the master bedroom, while the living room doubles as an enclosed terrace, with views of the mountain trails.

After long days out, enjoy time together in the central living space where large, iconic Camino Flats windows bring sheets of natural light into the full kitchen and living room. Home-cooked meals can be enjoyed around the home’s large dining table.

Whether spending time together in this vibrant and colorful flat, out around town, or simply savoring the view in peace and quiet, 31 Camino Flats makes the perfect home base for friends, and family to explore this idyllic beach town.

Las Catalinas is a growing town, so there’s ongoing construction, mostly on the edges of town as new buildings, shops, and homes are built. The construction teams work hard to minimize any disturbances to guests and homeowners, but it’s possible that activity will be visible or audible during your stay.

Holidays are exciting travel periods, however, before you book, please check your travel dates and observe that holiday periods have a different cancellation policy. Holiday periods are excluded from the default cancellation policy in which non-refundable deposits are required.
