This spacious three-bedroom, two-bathroom condo is comfortable for up to 6. Open Great Room style Floor plan with a Cozy Fireplace and a wonderful Second Story Fairway Patio view. Short walk to the POOL and Jacuzzi, and Minutes to Everywhere you want to be! Tons of nearby GOLF, TENNIS, and PICKLEBALL are available, including a new indoor Pickleball facility.
Although Palm Valley Country Club Golf Courses are Private Golf Courses, many of our clients meet some friendly members in the club who sponsor them to play one of 2 18 18-hole Courses. Complete Spa and workout facility at the Clubhouse along with an Olympic-style pool for lounging, and socializing with food and drink. Wonderful

Beautiful home, gorgeous view, quiet and clean. Complex is beautifully landscaped- great for morning walks.Only suggestions for improvement: bedding needs to be refreshed- particularly in the main bedroom; and not well stocked with kitchen & bathroom staples.Overall, we throughly enjoyed our stay- thank you very much!

What a View!

Totally enjoyed our recent 5 week stay here. The property manager was very responsive and addressed our queries in a courteous and timely fashion. The view is spectacular and the property is very well maintained. We felt very comfortable spending part of our winter here in this friendly community.

This is a wonderful property! The unit is immaculate, nicely decorated and well stocked. The location is perfect and the view of the golf course is a bonus. The property manager was very helpful and responsive. I would highly recommend this property.

Just a few more details

First of all Janice was great, communicates well and was responsive. Great location, clean, quiet and a nice view. The owners simply need to invest a little more into people that like to prepare their own meals rather than eat out. No baking sheet pans, only one small glass bowl, only one serving spoon and it was metal. A small upgrade in cooking tools would make this place a no brainer.

Incredible view at an incredible property!

This was a perfect condo that exceeded our expectations as it was even nicer than the pictures; was the nicest VRBO property we have stayed in and we wished we could bring it along to our next destination! It seemed brand new with beautiful renovations and great touches such as the fabulous shutter doors. We especially loved the gas fireplace for this chilly spring and gorgeous balcony view. It was very spacious and quiet and we loved the split bedroom concept. Though we just had our son along, it would be great for a larger family or couples with the second and third bedroom or office. Excellent storage spaces, beautiful golf community that was nice for walking and close to amenities and other locations such as Palm Springs, Joshua Tree, and Coachella. The laundry was also convenient. Very responsive and helpful hosts as well. Our only tiny suggestion would be a few more towels in the bathrooms and perhaps a journal for guests to leave comments, thanks, and hints for future guests and the hosts. We will be back!
