Bring the whole family or work group to our spacious house with lots of room to enjoy your vacation. 4 bedrooms, a large living room and a large family room. 4 beds in bedrooms, 3 convertible sofas and 2 air mattresses. The house is great for large groups, work tables and chairs, family room for the kids. 2 minutes to I-15, all attractions are within 25 minutes or less. San Diego Stay

Was spacious enough for our group and had plenty of parking. Prompt and efficient communication. Close enough to beaches and Sea World to make ann ideal hub for us.

Big, nice space, great for group

Amazing space with lots of good sleeping accomodations. BBQ area is very nice. Huge washer. Great parking. Nice but not upscale/fancy 3. Everytjing worled but it took awhile to figure out a/c and never did figure out some lights - written instructions would be helpful. The neighborhood is a little rough. But very nice.

Family Vacation

Our family vacation this year was in San Diego - we picked this home for its location and size. This home was perfect for us, with two living rooms - one for the adults and one for the kids. We had plenty of space to visit and hang out. The home has a gated entry-which from being out of town I appreciated. Overall a great place for my family and I to relax, and a base camp for adventuring San Diego.

Family gathering

The location of the home didn't speak about the neighborhood which was questionable. There were issues with locking the front doors so we couldn't confirm that we were completely safe inside. The home is very large and provided for the space of 12. Plenty of parking available on the property. The property owner was very response when we had issues with the bathroom. We appreciate being able to reserve the home, but we wouldn't stay there again.

Nice big house

Dated house but very nice and clean. Heater didn’t work so that was very inconvenient and cold and front door didn’t lock from the outside. On the up side parking was amazing and plenty of rooms.

Disappointing

Where do I even start.. this place is not like the photos at all. We connected with the host to see if we could check in an hour early, host let us know to stop by & check with the cleaners so we did, cleaners said it wont be ready until check in time as they still needed to mop & clean the kitchen which was totally fine. We had plans to go to an event nearby so we left & returned around 8:30pm to find a man outside asking for access to the back to go through the trash as he supposedly stayed the night before and needed belongings then switched to say he needed to get his cats.. odd and scary as the neighborhood is not the nicest. When we entered the house first thing we noticed was how dirty the walls and super stained carpets were, rooms looked unvacuumed, bed sheets stained/dirty, no towels in one of the bathrooms to even dry your hands, everything just felt gross not to mention your feet turning black from walking on the hardwood floor that supposedly was just "mopped". I just dont understand how a property could charge this much for a stay and not invest in updating the paint/carpet let alone a nice set of bed sheets. It seemed like every single thing at this property was dirty. The power also went out which was frightening, we didnt know if someone outside shut off the powerbox as the neighborhood was very sketchy. Front door also didnt lock properly, thankfully the power was back on by the morning but it was out for awhile. Very disappointed in this stay. 0/10

Filthy and soiled

Do not rent this property. Location is terrible but that is just the beginning. Blood marks and snot on walls. Walls were very dirty (not sure when they were last cleaned). Carpets are heavily soiled. We walked in and walked out; completely gross. Host said they would send a cleaning crew back, but unless they were going to replace the carpets and wash all the walls it's a no go. Blinds were gross and dirty. All pictures in the listing are taken from angles that make it look old but clean. This is old and soiled. Zero stars if I could.

Spacious and Casual

Plenty of room for my friends and family. Would’ve gone a long way if the AC was turned on before our arrival, or at least have the windows open. After several hours cramped in a car, we had a large group of sweaty people trying to figure out the AC System. A piece of paper with some tips would’ve been nice, as well. Like where everything is. We had to search everywhere to figure out what was there. The place was absolutely fine for me and several of the guests, but unfortunately the family that drove most of the guests there were not comfortable in the neighborhood with their 3-year old daughter, so left, taking half the guests with them since they had the large vehicle. Their reaction was a little extreme in my opinion, perhaps if the place wasn’t boiling hot when we got there, cooler heads would’ve prevailed. But, then again, I don’t have kids, so I can’t really judge.
