The spacious living area was perfect for gathering, and the fully equipped kitchen made meal prep a breeze.However, the highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the hot tub! Situated on the private deck with stunning views of the surrounding nature, it provided the ideal setting for relaxation. beautiful spot!

Such a sweet spot for a wkd stay. close driving distance to downtown Fenton. The place is immaculate and well appointed. Hot tub was a great temp! There is no lockable separation from owner and guest quarters but we didn’t have any privacy concerns. Friendly and considerate hosts!

Cute but small

Overall this was an amazing stay. We had a great weekend. Just for future renters, the space appears much bigger in the photos than it actually is. But it’s perfect for 2 people. It should also be noted that there is a shared entrance and no doors keep you secure from the owners possibly entering. However, the owners of the main home were not present during our stay so there were no issues. They also left us snacks!

Beautiful rental near Lake Fenton

Property looks new and is beautifully decorated just as the photos show. A beautiful living space with views of the lake. Spotless throughout including bathroom and bedroom. Very petite kitchen. Would happily stay again.

Nice place

Great place. Comfortable couch and bathroom is nice. Bed was pretty hard and uncomfortable. Privacy felt like an issue. Only a door with no lock from the tenant side separates the homeowners from the rental. Hot tub is also not very private as there are windows from the homeowner side that look over it.

Our walks around the lake were great. Apartment was easy to access with off street parking. The unit was clean and tastefully decorated. Enjoyed our morning coffee on the upstairs balcony looking out on the lake.

Perfect get away spot

My husband and I stayed here as we visiting my old stomping grounds growing up. Its a perfect spot with quick access to Holly, Fenton, and Linden. The VRBO truly is one of a kind and hand crafted with such care!
