THE SPACE:

Recently finished and expertly crafted, this magnificent contemporary beach residence is nestled in the heart of Venice's Silver Triangle. Boasting eco-friendly features without sacrificing style or comfort, the house comprises 3 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a den, a kitchen with BBQ, and a splendid rooftop deck with fire pit providing panoramic views of Venice Beach.

Designed by Interior Particulier, this contemporary masterpiece spares no expense in providing a luxurious yet welcoming sanctuary. The living room captivates with 12-foot Fleetwood pocket doors, a fireplace adorned with handmade Zia tiles, and built-in white oak shelving. The chef's kitchen boasts Dacor appliances, Neolith counters, and a wet bar with a wine fridge. Upstairs, discover a den and 3 en-suite bedrooms, including a sprawling primary suite with a private balcony, office, and spa-like bathroom adorned with Neolith Riverwashed tile. Guest bathrooms feature Heath Ceramics tile and Kohler fixtures.

Guests will have access to the entire home and the garage to park. There will be no one else on the property, other than the weekly gardener who needs access to the home to service the plants on the roof as well as the front yard.

With a resurgence in dining options and Abbot Kinney's perennially exceptional shopping, there's plenty to savor. Don't miss strolling Abbot Kinney, particularly on weekends, for a vivid snapshot of community life. For a cycling adventure, follow the path North to Malibu or uncover the covert route through Marina Del Rey, leading all the way down to Redondo on a scenic bike path. We urge you to wander the walk streets, marveling at the eclectic architecture throughout the community. And be sure to explore the historic canals, steeped in the unique narrative of Venice Beach.

Most people choose to have a car when visiting Southern California. There are an abundant amount of unique and significant attractions within two hours of this home. If you’re an explorer, we recommend a car.

If you’re the type that wants to arrive and relax at the house on your vacation, Uber and Lyft are readily available as well.

Please note that in the State of CA, guests staying over 30 nights are legally required to sign a legal CAR form with the DRE. Our Broker of Record will send you this CAR form for signature once payment is made. Your reservation will be considered ready to go once the form is signed!

All 30+ day stays require mid stay cleaning by our professional housekeeping team. This is a full clean of the house and change of linens. We pay our cleaners a fair, livable wage and we always strive to hire the best, most reliable and honest cleaners in the business. This team is the backbone of our company, and they work tirelessly to ensure every stay is a clean one!

PET FEES: For stays under 30 days, there is a non-refundable fee of $150 per pet. For month+ stays, there is a non-refundable fee of $300 per pet. Pets and animals are not permitted at the property at any time whatsoever unless otherwise agreed upon in writing prior to booking. Failure to comply with this will result in additional charge up to $1000 and/or eviction without limiting any other legal or equitable remedies available to Owner and/or Company.

Please note that this is a non-smoking property. Any violation of the no-smoking policy will result in a minimum $250 fine.

- Please note that this is a non-smoking property. Any violation of the no-smoking policy will result in a $250 fine.

- Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. Please be mindful of the noise level during these hours to respect neighbors and others in the area.

- Guests are responsible for any damage to the property or its contents during their stay. Any damages must be reported immediately to the host to ensure proper documentation.

- Please dispose of all trash in the designated bins provided. If the trash bins are full, please notify the host for further instructions.

- Any unregistered guests are not allowed to stay overnight without prior written approval from the host. Additional guests may result in an additional charge.
