The property is on a secluded, private lot which includes a Sand Volleyball court, Putt-Putt course, exercise equipment, foosball, air hockey, Golden Tee Video system, Karaoke, Pool Table, Chess Table, Card Table, and Hot Tub. The floorplan is the perfect lay-out for several families! Equipped with 2 kitchens, 1 kitchenette, 3 family rooms, 9 bedrooms with a total of 12 beds and 6 full bathrooms. The home has 3 levels and 2 levels have porches and decking across the entire rear of the home with beautiful mountain and lake views. Adjacent to your private dock and lakeshore, relax at the covered pavilion and firepit, cook dinner on one of several gas grills and smokers that are available. Lake Chatuge water levels are low from October to the first week of May, therefore not allowing for boat parking at the dock, however...kayaks, paddle boards and paddle boat may be rented. For the fishing enthusiasts, schedule a day with our CHARTER Fishing Captain Seabolt on Lake Chatuge! If you're looking for superior fishing guide experience, Jeremy Seabolt's Fishing Charters is the guide service for you. Jeremy Seabolt has been guiding fishing tours for over 15 years and his knowledge of Lake Chatuge, as well as many other North Georgia lakes is second-to-none. You will be comfortable on his 23 ft Carolina Skiff boat with Lowrance Fish finder, state of the art fishing equipment and fresh live bait.
