Communication nightmare

We booked our stay well in advance and were pleasantly surprised when we arrived at the property. It was clean and everything seem to be as represented Upon further notice, we discovered the second floor bedroom had no nightstands just lamps sitting on the floor The handle for the water supply fell off in our hands after the doorhandle to the glass shower almost fell off also, and then the drain was so clogged that you were standing in dirty water the entire time you bathed I would not have given that much thought the exception being the entire community was being reroofed and we were Every morning at 7 AM with men on ladders and climbing on our roof and pounding and hammering We let the company know, and they said they would get back to us. I asked for some sort of compensation not even a full refund was told that there was nothing that they could do. Very disappointed since it was the entire community this repair work was scheduled well in advance, and we were given no notification prior to our arrival which eliminated our option to cancel and rebook somewhere else I was also disappointed with Vrbo. They did not put pressure on the hose to do something about it or be more forthright in the communication regarding this repair. All in all, it’s a shame it’s a good location, fairly well equipped communication lack completely lackin

Would Book Again

We enjoyed our stay. It's a great location and the size of the rental was perfect for our needs. It was clean and I enjoyed the more "modern cabin" decor. My only request is the downstairs bedroom had a dresser to put our clothes in. We were living out of our suitcase. The key was missing to access the pool/hot tub.

Great location poor service

A great location to private beaches, esp if you know someone and can gain access. Cup to date kitchen and bathrooms. We could not check in on time, and when we did there was no TP and other items such as dish soap, etc The place was cursory cleaned, needs a deep clean. Management was not too helpful.

No pool or beach access

I loved the condo. Very well equipped for a peaceful stay. I chose this area because of the proximity to the Incline “ Public” beach that is restricted to IVGID pass holders only which we did not have, nor were we allowed access to the condo community pool. The pictures posted on the VRBO website were somewhat deceiving. I didn’t realize the rental was part of a large condo community. We did drive a few miles down the road and paid to go to the National park system’s beaches. Over all it was an excellent experience. The mountains were amazing!

Don’t Stay Here

Long story short, do not stay at a property managed by Vacasa. Customer service is absolutely horrible. They will not take care of any issues you may be having. We didn’t have any toilet paper in our unit and their solution was for us to go buy some and be reimbursed. This after being on hold for a long time. This would be one of many phone calls to Vacasa with No resolution to any of the issues. I wish I would have seen all the Bad Reviews about this company before booking. It could have saved us a lot of frustration.

The sheets upstairs in the bedroom with the tv were covered all in dog hair I’m not sure if they were wash upon our arrival, the sliding door doesn’t lock, toilet in bedroom downstairs is loose and my 6 year old daughter found a pink pouch with weed in it. Overall we enjoyed our stay just need to be cleaned better

Beautiful fresh remodeled townhome close to the lake and ski resort

We enjoyed our stay at this place. Everything was there to make our stay comfortable with a huge sofa, gas fireplace, new kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms. We will be back! :)

Restful, clean & upgraded comfortable townhome close to everything

We spent a great time at this place. It's freshly remodeled with taste and everything you need was there. We enjoyed walking to the lake and skiing at Diamond Peak. The neighborhood is quite, we will be back for sure!
