The bottom floor of this 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom home includes the master suite offering king bed and private terrace. The master bathroom includes shower/tub combination and double vanities. Also located on the bottom floor is a second bedroom with queen bed and en suite bathroom. Washer and dryer are located on the bottom floor as well.

Head upstairs to the living room, dining room, kitchen and third bedroom and bathroom. The living room and upstairs balcony offer beautiful ocean views. Adjacent to the living room is a dining table with four chairs and four barstools. The house includes a wine fridge, available for guest use. The kitchen is well equipped with all you need to prepare breakfast, lunch and dinner during your stay. Large pantry for storage of your groceries and supplies is located in the hallway.

The third bathroom is located in the hallway, but is in close proximity to the third bedroom, which offers queen bed plus a set of bunks.

The neighborhood of Old Florida Cottages invites you to enjoy a community pool with restrooms and two grills adjacent to the pool area.
