This home away from home is situated right across the street from guest services and the pool, and within walking distance from The Black Marlin Bar and Grill. Come experience the beautiful waters of Port Aransas with a private dolphin-watching tour, provided by Deep Sea Fishing with Blue Water Excursions, or get a glimpse of the town at night on a Glowing Kayak tour of the port. Of course, you could always visit the sandy, pristine beaches of the town and spend a fun-filled day out with your family! If you own a Tesla, you'll be ecstatic to know there's an electric charger waiting for you, so feel free to plug your vehicle in to recharge after a day of exploration.
Enjoy access to incredible amenities, including two elegant resort-style pools that are heated during our winter season. A designated area at the beach with food services and air-conditioned bathrooms. During the summer, poolside cabanas, golf carts, beach chairs, and umbrellas are available to rent via Guest Services. The Guest Services pavilion at Palmilla offers VIP wristbands that allow access to resort amenities.
From the minute you step into this wonderful townhome, you'll notice the absolutely exquisite beach-inspired decor, a spacious island kitchen set up with stainless steel appliances for a fantastic getaway cooking session with friends around the table, and a smart TV in the living space for a late night movie marathon. Sit out on the deck and in the fresh gulf coast breeze as you sip on a delicious cup of coffee to unwind. Be sure to bring your bathing suit if you feel like hopping into the heated pool to warm up. The lovely Gulf of Mexico awaits!

There is currently major construction occurring on new homes in the area. No current homes or amenities will be affected, though construction equipment may be visible and views may be obstructed in some areas. Construction has been scheduled during certain times of the day to minimize noise and potential disturbances to guests. The work is scheduled to conclude in the next year.
Streaming services will require a guest account to access.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
