The living room furniture is brand new (2023) : there are two chairs and a sleeper sofa to rest after a sunny day at the beach. The south facing patio is equipped with a dining table, 4 chairs, 2 chaise lounges and an umbrella. King bed and flat screen in the master bedroom, plus a desk. Queen bed, a flat screen TV, and a desk are in the guest bedroom. Both rooms have large closets and a chest of drawers. The master bathroom has a tub, the guest one has a walk-in shower, both with sliding glass doors and grab bars. This condo has dedicated FIOS high-speed Internet with its own Wi-Fi router; HD TV is available with 200+ channels in the living room on a 55" flat screen TV. There are also a hair dryer, an iPod dock, a security safe, a steam iron and tons of kitchen tools and utensils, including an electric indoor/outdoor grill. Washer and dryer are located in the unit for your convenience. This unit has hurricane-proof windows for comfort and security. Enjoy the proximity of the beach and the 3 heated pools with a quiet garden view. We have provided many beach toys for the children to enjoy. This unit has a 7 night minimum Saturday to Saturday rental policy, but can be booked for less to fill gaps. We will do our best to accommodate any request.
