Despite COVID, supply chain issues and then Hurricane Ian’s wrath, MANY but not all renovations have been completed (new 24x24 floor tile in inside entry/LR/DR/guest bath/marina front lanai, both baths renovated, new carpet in both bedrooms, LR/DR/guest bedroom new floor to ceiling blinds, new ceiling fans, new king mattress, new linens, many furniture upgrades including new LR recliners and sofa, fresh paint throughout, pebble floor in the master shower, upgraded doors and trim, new DR chandelier, etc.) and the beginning of a kitchen upgrade. But any future upgrades can’t supersede its PRISTINE location where occupants have seen manatee and tarpon lurking right front the dining room table.
