🔞 You must be 25 years of age to book condo. ID must match name on rental agreement.
📝 Rental agreement must be signed upon booking this property.
🧺 Condo comes with basic essentials such as linens, bath towels, hand towels, hair dryer, etc.
🧴 The following STARTER SUPPLIES are provided:
🔹 One roll of toilet paper for each restroom
🔹 Bar of soap per bathroom
🔹 One travel sized shampoo per bathroom
🔹 One travel sized conditioner per bathroom
🔹 Make-up removers per bathroom
🔹 Single sized dish liquid
🔹 Single sized dish washing detergent pack
🔹 Single use laundry washing detergent
🔹 Two large trash bags
🔹 Small trash bag for each bathroom
🔹 Roll of Paper towels
❌ We DO NOT provide maid service or restock linens during your stay.
🧳 We recommend that you bring your own beach towels, sunscreen, etc. with you or you can purchase these items from one of the many local grocery stores upon arrival.
🔢 The code for the pool gates will be given from the front desk once parking passes are purchased.
🚫 NO parties/events. NO smoking/vaping allowed - this includes inside the unit and outside on the balcony.
🐶 PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED unless certified and vested service dogs in accordance with the ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act).
🔹 Service dogs must be with the owner at all times and is not allowed to stay in the unit alone.
🔹 According to the ADA -"Service animals are defined as dogs that are individually trained to do work or perform tasks for people with disabilities. Dogs whose sole function is to provide comfort or emotional support do not qualify as service animals under the ADA."
🚗 Parking pass must be purchased at the 2nd floor front desk and costs $50.00 per vehicle per stay
🔹 Parking pass must be displayed on the driver's side front windshield area.
🔹 Maximum of two (2) parking passes per stay
🔹 If you need additional passes, please purchase prior to arrival through Beach Life Vacation Rentals.
🔹 You may park in any open/unreserved parking space.
🔹 Rates Subject to change without Prior notice.
🔹 Snowbird parking pass price is determined by the association. Snowbirds may be charged a different price for a monthly stay.

GETTING AROUND:

The condo complex itself is walkable. You can easily get to your condo unit, the pool, and the beach on foot.

🚲 Biking:
If you're feeling more adventurous, you can rent a bike and explore the area.

🚗 Rental Cars:

🔹 Uber and Lyft ride-sharing app/services are also available in Gulf Shores. This can be a great option if you need to get somewhere quickly and don't want to deal with the hassle of parking.
🔹 Traffic can be heavy especially during peak season and ride apps booking may take time so be sure to allow extra time for travel.
