Just steps away from the beautiful sands of PCB!

The Summit has two large pools for guests as well as both indoor and outdoor hot tubs! An exercise room is located on the ground floor near the lobby for guests as well!

The master bedroom in this beautiful unit has a king size size bed and a flat screen tv. It has access to the bathroom with a shower/tub combo, 2 sinks and 2 toilets.

The oceanfront living room has a QUEEN size sleeper sofa, a large flat screen tv and access to the oceanfront balcony.

The kitchen comes fully stocked with everything needed to cook a great meal!

This property does not have a washer and dryer in unit. There is coin laundry on the ground floor at the Summit.

Private balcony is a good height to still have a view but not to high if you or someone in your group is afraid of heights!

Cozy place😊❤️.

The condo has a comfortable feel to it. The pool is beautiful and it was nice to have the Tiki bar on site. The king bed was so comfortable, slept so well.

Panama City Beach Vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Great place to stay!!!!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. You will want a second floor or lower!

Great amenities. Pools and grounds are very nice and kept clean and neat. The unit itself is ok. Floors were filthy. I just wore socks while indoors and threw them away with the trash when we left. Furniture is worn but bed is really nice and comfy. There are about 430 units at the Summit with 2 elevators. I believe 13 floors? So many people complaining! We were on the second floor and took the stairs all week.

Unit needs updating. Few dishes - we had to purchase bowls and a frying pan. No drapes in front bedroom - lights from parking lot and the sun made it hard to sleep. Shower water control broken.

Would not recommend this unit

We stayed in your condo and the location was great and location was awesome! However dealing Coastal Destinations customer service was a nightmare they are the worst company I have ever dealt with. I had to call them 4 time and still they never sent housekeeping or maintenance over. I have no clue who does your clean but they are awful! The furnace filter had not be changed like in months. I have sent a personal message to the owner of the condo with pictures!
