Cozy Home w/ Hot Tub, Gym & Pool Table

With high ceilings, spacious rooms, and a clean yet cozy decor style, our stay will give you that "homey" feel we all love. Each room has a unique ambiance designed to highlight its main features and amenities, creating a variety of experiences in one stay.

Central and spacious, the kitchen features a large island, a beautiful stone backsplash, updated appliances, and is fully equipped with everything you need to make a delicious meal. We've even stocked the basics for you including olive oil, butter, seasonings, flour, and sugar. And yes, don't worry, there is a coffee maker!

There are a few options for where to dine:
- The bar facing the kitchen / living room has 3 stools and pendant lights- great for a casual meal!
- If you want to get fancy, there is a cozy dining nook with a table and 4 fabric chairs.
- Or bust out the folding tray tables (located behind the couch) and watch TV while you eat. We all do it...

The living room has a large L-Shaped couch, stoned fireplace (gas), mounted 70" Smart TV, and doggy door. Snuggle up and watch your favorite shows by the fire without the hassle of letting your pets in and out!

The master bedroom is one of our favorite spaces. It has a light, airy feel that will instantly relax you when you walk in. It features a king sized Tempur-Pedic bed, a large window / seating nook, and mounted 65" Smart TV, which doesn't hurt either! The master bathroom has a double vanity, glass walk-in shower, and garden style tub.

The guest bedroom has a queen sized bed, Roku TV, reach-in closet, and a boho / vintage style gallery wall and decor. Perfectly quaint as well.

The third bedroom serves as a dedicated workspace with a large, L-Shaped desk and Roku TV- great if you prefer a private office.

The laundry room is is equipped with a full sized washer and dryer, additional cleaning supplies, and extra blankets for the colder seasons.

Our funky, yet stylish game room features a full sized pool table, dart board, 60" mounted Smart TV, pub table nook and plenty of surrounding seating options, including one of two designated workspaces.

Want to get a work out in without leaving the comfort of your stay? Use our home gym! Equipped with a squat rack, bench, cables, rower, free weights, and more. It also has a mounted 50" Smart TV you can use to stream workouts!

Last, but certainly not least, the backyard / patio! If you're looking for a vibe, we've got you covered. Literally... the back patio, grill, lounge area and hot tub are all covered with string lights and a mounted Smart TV. The hot tub comfortably seats 6 people and has all the bells and whistles- lights, jets, etc. Beyond the patio there is plenty of yard space for your pups to run around! All enclosed by a brand new privacy fence, so you are completely concealed from neighbors (as much as we love them).
