This charming and unique 400 square foot tiny house sleeps 5 and is loaded with amenities including a private hot tub. A full sized kitchen and bathroom make for a comfortable yet adventurous getaway. Play all day on the lake and beach and enjoy a comfortable night's stay in this sweet house with 1 bedroom, 2 lofts with double beds, and a sleeper sofa that pulls out into a twin sized bed.
The Tiny House has a large sliding glass door that opens to your private back deck. The deck has a full size hot tub, patio set with an umbrella, and a gas grill. Propane is provided along with grilling tools. With the push of a button outside, you can turn on string lights that wrap around. You get glimpses of Petite Lake right from the privacy of your back deck!
Guests also have access to many free amenities: beach, piers, kayaks, paddle boards, canoes, floats, water volleyball, and much more! *The lofts are accessed by telescopic ladders and are not recommended for young children without parental supervision.
*We are in nature. Expect spiders, webs, ants, bees, mosquitoes or other usual lake house critters. You'll see lots of chipmunks, squirrels and bunnies around and wake up to the birds chirping, too!
*The beach is accessed by a large set of outdoor stairs- about 35. See photos for reference.
*There are security cameras on the parking lot, beach and piers for safety and rental boat purposes. No cameras are on/in any of the rental units or outdoor yard spaces.
*The pier is made up of floating docks and can be wobbly when the lake is busy. The lake is very busy on the weekends and more calm on weekdays.

HOT TUB RULES: Maximum of 4 guests at a time. Children should be accompanied by a parent at all times. Shower before use and wash hands with soap and water. No diving or jumping. No chemical use without host permission. Do not use alcohol or drugs before hot tub use. Elderly and pregnant women should consult doctor before use. Limit soak to 15 minutes and cool down before re-entry. Anyone with heart disease, high or low blood pressure, or any serious illness should consult with a doctor before use.
