Little house Therapy

My husband and I went there for the weekend. I am the administrator of 150 bed healthcare facility. I am also a clinician. taking this time enjoying this lovely town, listening to nature in this bungalow was absolutely perfect. Everything you need is there and more!

We found the Pink House quaint and comfortable. It was within walking distance of several restaurants and stores. We would definitely stay there again.

A Quick Stay

Steve did a great job with this home, it’s well maintained and it has the feel of a comfy cabin in the woods! Everything was clean and ready for us and we enjoyed our three day stay.

Wonderful little house

While it is small, the inside never felt cramped. the rooms are spacious and the location is excellent. We would definitely stay here again.

Cozy and comfy little house!

This is a tiny gem! It's small, but it is extremely well laid out. Two of us (not a couple) stayed with one of us sleeping in the bedroom and the other on the sofa bed, and there was plenty of room for both of us. The neighborhood is safe and very quiet. There are some restaurants right around the corner, and the house is even within walking distance of downtown Mt. Dora and the lakefront parks. The big yard was great for the dog, and the surrounding streets are not busy and safe for dog walking. Would definitely stay again!

Family visit

Bright, clean, comfortable cottage with attractive remodel. Responsive host. When weak front door keyless lock battery caused the lock to stop working the first night, he had spare battery in the house. I was able to replace battery and get the lock working. I suggest a full shade on front door for privacy at night.

Loved the area!

The location was perfect, close to local restaurants and short drive to beautiful parks/downtown Mt Dora. Everything was very clean. The home is quite small, so good for couples or small family. Very cozy. Obviously an older house but has been renovated beautifully without taking from its vintage style. If I ever have to stay in Mt Dora again I would love to stay here.

Long weekend stay in Mt Dora.

My husband and I with our dog stayed at the Pink House for four days. When we arrived and saw the outside it looked very tiny, but when we walked in it felt very spacious and bright. A really lovely house, It’s been very tastefully renovated with some of the original touches left. It’s equipped with everything one needs. There is a sitting area out front where we had coffee every morning. It is a 15-20 minute walk to the center of town and the lake, there are several free public parking areas near town. There are two casual bar/restaurants a block away from the house.

We are both graduates from the University of Central Florida and have three great kids. We work hard and play hard and this cabin/bungalow are the most relaxing places we know. We get to visit several times a year and enjoy snowboarding, fishing and just relaxing.
