Enter into a beautiful, open kitchen/living/dining room with plenty of seating, a dining table, open to a comfortable living room with a large Smart TV. The kitchen is well thought out and organized with new appliances and everything you need to prepare a gourmet meal with family or friends.

Long Weekend in Bend

Overall nice place. Recent renovation done was tasteful inside. Place was relatively stocked with plates, glasses so you were not feeling was only bare minimum necessities. Couple of things to be aware of: 1. You are 15 minutes from pretty well anything. You will be driving. 2. The AC worked well in the living room as well as in the master bedroom. However there is no AC(only a fan in the 2nd bedroom meaning those staying in there mid summer will be hot and uncomfortable. 3. The yard is typical Bend meaning that there is no grass, just sand and brush. If you are looking to spend time outside at the residence this would not be the place to stay. Overall nice play to stay if you are OK with the above.

Comfy House in the Woods

Super clean and comfortable house for our weekend in Bend. Well stocked kitchen and all bedroom/bathroom amenities included! We would stay again!

Wonderful stay

His property was very clean and the owners have thought of everything one might need as far as amenities in the accommodation. Great communication. Peaceful and quiet location not far from anything we wanted to drive to in Bend. Would highly recommend and would definitely come back. Thanks so much.

Nicely Decorated

Well-stocked kitchen and comfortable beds. Very nice with a great price. We enjoyed our stay. The only negative is the front yard needs yard work. We were worried when we pulled up because the weeds were out of control but once we went inside it is nicely decorated and clean.

Nice and quiet

We enjoyed our stay at the Ski Getaway. I enjoyed the property and the hot tub. We had mild weather and didn’t have a problem with the hot tub staying at temperature. I would stay there again.

Great location!

House was perfect for what we needed. Ductless heat kept us nice and warm. We took advantage of the hot tub. It did have a hard time staying hot but it was 18 degrees out too. We had our dog and made sure to pick up after him. Found a couple extra piles that weren't his but made sure to grab them to prevent issues. The back yard is not fully fenced, but that wasn't an issue for our pup. Showers were hot and kitchen was GREAT to cook in. Nice location! We loved being “out of town” but a quick drive to all the great places in bends would ABSOLUTELY stay again!

Cozy and clean

Perfect 2 bedroom 2 bath home for our family of 4. Lucky for us it snowed off an on all 4 nights of our stay, the hot tub was really warm the first night but due to the cold had a hard time keeping up, but the property forwarned that could be the case. The house itself was clean and had enough towels and blankets. Had multiple deer in the yard in the evenings. Is in a very quiet location in south bend. Would definitly rent again.

Wanted more… but wasn’t bad.

The stay was not bad, however, the hot tub never got warm enough to use. The showers have no pressure and felt more like a leaky faucet and the beds are super firm. I contacted the management and they were responsive right away and did their best to correct my concerns. Sadly though… the hot tub isn’t powerful enough to get hot when the outside temp is too low. The location was great and it’s really quiet. The remodel, although I don’t know what it looked like before, is great. I loved the kitchen and the open layout.

Comfortable home

The pros: this is a well appointed, very clean, and attractive home. Beds and couches are comfy, plenty of hot water, set back from the road so very quiet. Kitchen has all the tools you'll need to fix a meal, though little in the way of condiments. We were very comfortable inside the house. The cons: there is no real landscaping, sidewalks, etc. Under the ponderosa pines so the ground is mostly just a bed of needles. This is probably fine in the dry months, but in the winter it makes for a lot of dirt on shoes which then gets tracked into the house, even with multiple mats provided. Big bummer though is that the hot tub isn't working correctly. As we saw in a previous review the temp won't get above mid nineties, which makes it unusable. The hot tub was one of the major reasons we chose this house, so it was quite disappointing to see that the problem had been reported by a previous guest but not fixed. Contacted Arrived, who said they'd schedule a repairman, but that didn't happen during our stay.

New Years Winter Activities

Place was nice, location perfect for us. Reason not 5 star: not super clean, bedding was mediocre ( pillows so hard and comforters dirty - use duvet covers) hot tub was never hot enough and had lots of brown scum on surface. We enjoyed our stay overall.

Woodhaven Christmas

This home is well stocked and provided enough space (inside and out!) and plenty of amenities to make our family of four feel at home for the holiday. The Arrive team was especially helpful and their quick responses were greatly appreciated. We'd love to stay here again.

Great Stay

Very clean, beds were comfy, kitchen was equipped, location was easy, checkin was easy, aesthetics were there, and the communication was excellence. The only thing keeping this from a 5 star is that we booked for 6 adults and there were barely any towels and the hot tub temp always stayed around 90.

Perfect get away!

This house was so comfy and cozy! It fit two couples in the bedrooms and two teens on the couches! The backyard is huge with a hot tub! I loved how you felt like you weren’t in the middle of a city but were close enough to see the sights!

Not what we'd hoped for...

We first arrived at the house at 4pm to check in. Upon entrance we found that it hadn't been cleaned since the last renters. The sheets were dirty and beds unmade. There was water covering the bathroom floor and a freshly patched hole in the bathroom that hadn't been sanded or painted over yet. There was a small leak under the kitchen sink which had all of the trash bags wet. My experience speaking with property management was that they didn't really care. We received a refund of our cleaning fee which was a good start but really didn't make up for what we had to deal with. We had just driven 5 hours and to arrive at the house with it not ready was a huge disruption for our day. We had to go find somewhere to eat with the children after initially starting the wash and disinfecting countertops at the house. When I complained of the shower leaking in the bathroom the manager asked me to adjust the water pressure to see if it would fix it from coming out of the corner. I told them that I was not going to problem solve their issues for them. We were exhausted. The next day when someone came to look at the shower they were really nice and that was helpful. They also explained how the cleaners have so many houses to get to and it's just really hard. It was like we were supposed to just accept this as part of the process and feel bad for them. We were never upset with the cleaners - in fact it's a complete management issue. They need more employees.

Family get together

The home was very comfortable. We enjoyed the location. The home is beautifully decorated but is a challenge for families with children. White furniture, towels and bedding and the yard is all dirt. The patio in the back is very nice and a jacuzzi is in the process of being installed. I paid the pet fee so my daughter could come visit but because of the dirt we decided it want a good idea to bring him. We had to commute to her. Wasted money. We’d stay again but without children. Great adult rental.

Clean & Convenient

This tidy home is compact but extremely clean, pleasant and well-located. It is a great place to land after fun on the river, out in town or just hiking or biking. The exterior seems a bit "in progress", but inside it is all new & well decorated. Over time, I bet the yard and curb appeal will match up with how cute and pleasant it is inside! Loved how easy it was to check in and come and go.
