Located in the heart of Pigeon Forge, right behind the Parkway, this sizable condo provides guests with all their favorite amenities of home with a unique mountain twist. Visitors will enjoy the comforts of having a full kitchen, including a complete glassware, dishware and utensil set. Free high-speed wifi, cable tv, central heat and air, and a personal laundry room are also included. Guests will also enjoy being within walking distance to many popular Pigeon Forge attractions like The Old Mill and Patriot Park. After an exciting day touring the area, visitors will love coming back and relaxing in front of their condo’s roaring gas fireplace, or unwinding on the private balcony as the sun sets over the mountains in the distance. During the warmer months, families will also love having exclusive access to the resort’s large heated pool and water slide! Don’t forget that from the balcony or living room of each of our condos, guests have a clear view to the fireworks and light displays at Patriot Park during special events and occasions.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I've been staying at Cherokee Lodge for about 11 years and love the location and the roominess. However, as you can imagine after 11 years of constant use some things need replaced - specifically the sleeper couches. We actually only use the sleeper couches for sitting not sleeping and they're showing their age and use (sectional sofa as well but not as bad). I spoke with the office staff about this and they said with trying to keep the rooms all the same it becomes expensive. I completely understand that. Perhaps showing examples of rooms and removing the 'select a room' option on the reservation site would resolve that issue. Honestly, I don't think I've ever gotten the actual room I reserved before so it seems silly to have it appear that way. There should be two options: two bedroom or three bedroom. Also, when it's busy (as it was when we were there) the one elevator gets busy and you may be waiting.

Nice property but needs some updates and pest control

At first glance everything looked good except for the stained carpets in the bedrooms that needs to be replaced. The location is great. The rooms are spacious and clean. The kitchen had everything we needed. A problem that we had was the ants. They were tiny and everywhere. When we checked in the night before, we were in a rush to see a show and didn’t notice them. The next morning they were crawling everywhere. We had to throw away any food that wasn’t kept in the refrigerator because they had got in the packaging. We informed the front desk that Monday morning. We called from the room and I also went down and showed the lady a video of all the ants. She said maintenance would come spray. They didn’t. No one came. We weren’t offered another room or anything. We were disappointed by the lack of concern and customer service. This is a nice property and has potential but people don’t want ants crawling all over their stuff. Get rid of them.
