The Hideaway is a home with a modern rustic country charm. We have recently completely renovated with brand new amenities to give guests a wonderful relaxing stay in the smokies. It has a secluded feel, but is conveniently located minutes away from all area attractions, restaurants, shopping and the Great Smoky Mountains.
The Hideaway is a great place to stay for couples or families. The lower porch now has a hot tub and the upper one has a swing. Also, we added a game room. We hope you love it.

Everything was perfect! We had the best time staying here. We had no issues and the owner sent all of the information for check in and out on time. There was something for everyone to do there. Webloved playing the games they had and sitting by the fire at time. The location is perfect! It is close to town but also secluded from others. We plan on staying at this property when we return. It was an amazing trip!

Hideaway Getaway
Enjoyed our stay at the hideaway which is conveniently located between Gatlinburg and Dollywood parks, which worked out nicely for us. Rental was very clean and comfortable. I wish the upstairs ac unit was a bit quieter but overall everything was great! Owner is super responsive as well.

Cousins trip 2023
We travelled from NY and SC to enjoy a week in the Smoky Mountains. Mykola and his Hideaway cabin was a perfect landing place for our needs. The cabin was spacious, well decorated, with comfortable furniture and beds. The kitchen was well appointed with all that we needed to cook several meals and when we had an issue with the dishwasher, Mykola was there and fixed it in a timely manner. We enjoyed the fire pit out front and the hot tub on the porch. Our only criticism was that the hot tub cover had been left off and their was some debris to be cleaned out before and during use, but after the hearing process and filtering began, all was well. A minor inconvenience at best. We enjoyed the use of the hot tub nearly every day. Definitely an advantageous amenity for guests. The approach to the house was moderate in the climb and there was plenty of space for parking, including space to turn your vehicle around for exit. Loved this feature! Our host was easy to reach and quick to reply to any question or need that we had. When he came to do the repair, he was quick and quiet and was as unobtrusive as he could be. Very professional. We appreciate his attention throughout the week. Highly recommend anyone group to stay with this host. If we return to the area, we would definitely consider staying here again. Great experience!

Fantastic Location
This is a very nice house with a fantastic location, just minutes away from town. From the deck, you would think you were miles out in the country. There are houses nearby, but it is a nicely wooded lot and you can't see any other houses. The communication from the owner was A+.

Great location, could be cleaner
The location is amazing. So many places to eat and things to do that are so close to this house. I was mostly excited about the hot tub and the cleanliness rating of this rental but upon arrival realized it was not as great as it has been rated. The bathrooms were pretty dirty and the hot tub had a slime to it and stuff floating in it. I would stay here again if those things were fixed.

The house is accurately depicted in the photos. It had a lot of great amenities and was very close to alot of attractions and places of interest. The property managers were great with communication. I would stay here when I visit Tennessee again.

Very neat and clean. Comfortable. Internet worked great for work vid conferencing. Hot tub very nice. I didn’t see the $300 fee for damage liability when renting or I probably wouldn’t have rented, so take notice…but the place was very nice and well cared for.

The Tree House
I nick named this property as above as it was surrounded by trees giving it a tranquil nature. The amenities were great with the family enjoying the hot tub, pool and foosball tables. The campfire ring was nice to have a hot dog roast and idle the time with conversation. The main deck provided a shady lunch area, as well as a restful place to swing gently. The kitchen had plenty of food prep devices for our varied cooking tasks. My daughter-in-law even baked my grandson's first birthday cake with all the gadgets this place had. The manager came through when we had trouble with one of the DVD players, fixing the problem the next day and bringing us more paper goods. We even used the washer/dryer to replenish our clean clothes for our return to reality a few days later. This place is secluded but only 10 minutes from all the family fun Seiverville has and an hour's drive to the Great Smoky Mountain Cades Cove, and 35 minutes to Gatlinburg's many attractions.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND
This place had everything we needed in the kitchen wise that you need even the little things you forget on trips, very clean, BEDROOMS HAD THE BEST SHEETS, we didn’t have any kids with us, but definitely kid friendly lots a games! Tvs all have netflix/hulu/amazon, So would be perfect for family movie night. We had a girls trip and it was amazing. Plan to use here again for sure!

We had an amazing time! Our children did not want to leave! We were a group of 8- myself, my husband, our 4 kids and my parents. The kids loved the game room, it was perfect and allowed the adults to have some peace on the upper levels as well. My only regret is not checking what brand the mattresses were because they have been the best we have ever slept on!

Great stay!
It was a first time experience for us in the mountains and everything was perfect. We arrived very late at night and it was a little scary because like I said it was our first time going to the mountains, so all the twist and turns were a bit unexpected. Checking process was easy breezy, and the house was very clean. Had plenty of towels in the bathrooms for our stay. There’s a room located upstairs and that room got a bit cold at night but the bed was very warm and comfortable and we found a small area heater in the garage just in case. There’s plenty of stuff in the house to keep busy in case you stay in. Game and movies and Netflix and I believe Amazon. Also the games in the garage and the hot tub which we didn’t get to enjoy because we had a busy stay with lots of places to visit. Our main attraction was the titanic museum , it was very short ride from the cabin. Actually most places were very close to us. Even Gatlingburg was not a far drive at all. And per Vadyms recommendation we visited the Local Goat restaurant and we loved it. Everyone enjoyed all the food, definitely recommend to others and can’t wait to go back. When we go back to visit the area we will definitely consider renting this cabin again. Ps. We left our kids coat and vadym was very helpful about that. Also great communication, thank you.

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was perfect! We had plenty of room for everyone. We loved that it was close to the parkway but seemed far out away from everything. The owner was great to work with and booking was so easy. The house was more than expected and very clean. We will definitely be back!

Family Christmas Getaway
Our family came from 3 states to celebrate Christmas. Finding the house after dark was a challenge with narrow roads, but we found it. The house was very clean and nicely decorated for the holiday. It was very appropriate for us. We had a problem with the coffee maker the first day and the manager provided a brand new one in a short time after notifying him. Tvs in each room, many dvds, a lot of different games kept us busy. There was a great puzzle that we found a lot of fun putting together. We enjoyed walking on a trail in town several times. Most of our needs were met fixing meals but we recommend a large pot as those there were rather small. Our issue had nothing to do with the house but with mother nature. On Christmas Eve a snow storm came through and the power went out before 10 that night. We had no lights, no heat and no water. We went to bed hoping it would be back on by morning. Unfortunately it was not. Because of those factors we decided to leave that day, a day early. Again, not the fault of the house or management. We enjoyed our stay and are talking about returning.

Absolutely excellent
Perfect location. Shot trip to anywhere, yet quiet and secluded. Vadym was excellent and responsive. Hot tub was giving a little trouble, but being a plumber myself, I immediately noticed it was due to very hard water. Vadym showed up within 20 minutes and he and I addressed the problem and it was fine. Will be back as soon as possible
