The Hudson is Lux Living’s 3rd and best luxury property on Pershing in Debaliviere Place. Experience “Your New Vibe” at the Hudson with amenities that you’ve never seen before in an apartment complex. To gain access to the building and unit, you must first download the Latch app.

The Space:
Traveling should be enjoyable and simple. THE STAY will do everything we can to help achieve that for you.

Getting Around:
Parking is included in the building. In addition, there are numerous excellent public transportation options. Laclede Cab is St. Louis' most well-known cab company, but we also have UBER and LYFT. There are bus stops directly outside the loft building, and a Metrolink station is a block away at the intersection of 8th and Pine.

Comfortable stay

The room has many modern touches, especially in kitchen. I appreciate the talk ceilings. The rainfall shower is very pleasant. There is a very strong fragrance in the front lobby, which is tough if you are sensitive to fragrances. Amenities in the building are very nice!! I would stay again.

Great place to stay

Well-maintained property very close to the metro and Forest Park. Felt very secure and had all of the amenities you could want or need depending on the length of stay. No crazy loud noises and not a party-centric atmosphere. Overall it really met my needs for a 3 week long-term stay option in town!

Amazing Stay

This place was literally perfect in every sense of the word. Very spacious, and has everything that you could possibly need. The owners are super thoughtful, and very prompt to respond to any messages. The location is very convenient to pretty much anywhere, and it took us less than 15 minutes to get to everywhere that we had to be. I would absolutely stay here again, and recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet place to stay in a safe neighborhood.

Property was very clean. Facility has many useful amenities. Neighborhood was a little young for me - but that’s my fault for not researching a little better. Lots of good places to eat close by and a fairly close drive to downtown. Overall very impressed and if I find myself in St. Louis again, I will consider staying at this property.

Nice Get Away

The property was clean. The residents were nice. Parking garage was secure. My only suggestion is that you provide more than 1 wash and dry towel per guest for a 4 night stay.Exercise, Pool and hot tub areas were nice. I was confused about which areas were accessible with the Latch app. I will definitely stay here again. 😊

Fabulous CWE apartment

Our four days in this apartment were amazing: the place was spotless, the amenities were wonderful, and the location couldn't have been better. We walked to the Delmar Loop (though we could have taken the trolley which went right by the building!), we walked all around Forest Park, and we walked all around the Central West End. Our reason for visiting was to go to a reunion at Washington University and we walked there, too. The directions were very clear about how to get into the building and into the unit. The app was super useful and communication with the property manager was easy. Our visit was absolutely wonderful!

Not what we expected

The kitchen was not properly supplied. One small fry pan and one small pot (that was dirty). One fork to share. The one dish towel that was supplied had burn marks. The cook top was greasy along with the handle on the oven. The bath towels that were supplied were worn out and old. The Thermostat did not work. The Latch app did not work for the garage elevator. Sadly this this could be a great place to stay if they could amp up their supplies.

Beautiful Upscale Apartment

This is very nice place in a quiet neighborhood. The location is within walking distance to Forrest Park, which was a plus for us. The decor and furnishings were stunning and comfortable. We loved the marble shower with rain shower head & PLENTY of water pressure! The kitchen is also beautiful - although the cupboards are pretty high for my 5' 1" reach. The host provides k-cups, which is a nice perk. The TV is a smart TV, so if you have Hulu or the like, bring a HDMI cable to plug your laptop in to watch. If you like high tech, you will love this place - if you don't, have patience with the learning curve. There is a key app that unlocks the garage, elevators, stairwells & your room. We found that the other residents were kind and helpful in figuring out the app. Parking is under the building in a nice garage. The entrance is on the east (right) side of the building, and if the door is closed, you will need your app to open the door. Make sure to read the info in the link provided under "House Rules" to make sure you are okay abiding with all of the requirements.
