You'll have easy access to Northstar just a mile from your door. Enjoy access to the Northstar recreation center amenities, which include tennis courts, basketball courts, a fitness center, a sauna, a hot tub, a seasonal lap pool, and an open grill area next to a beautiful creek surrounded by pine, fir, and aspen trees. (Site rentals include the use of three picnic tables and up to two gas BBQ grills with grilling utensils.) There is a $10 daily fee per person for use of the facilities.

And if you want to play in or on the crystal blue waters of Lake Tahoe, this vacation rental is just eight miles from the Tahoe Vista Recreation Area and Boat Launch and nearby Kings Beach. And don't miss Northstar Village where you'll find numerous shops, charming cafes, and excellent restaurants.

Boasting high ceilings, cozy living spaces, and updated features, you will have everything you need here for the perfect getaway. Prepare full-course meals in the well-equipped, open kitchen complete with stainless steel appliances, dine together at the large, rustic table, or kick back and relax in the glow of the gas fireplace while you stream a favorite show or movie on the TV in the living area. This home also features a furnished deck and a balcony off one of the upstairs bedrooms.

While chains are required in all vehicles in winter, a 4x4 or equivalent is recommended to access this area.
Please be aware that WiFi speeds can be affected by the visiting population.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
