As you enter into the the property through the convenient keyless entry, you’ll find the entire open and spacious expanse of the home’s interior in front of your eyes. Make your way to the living area overlooking the pool, and relax on the large, comfy sofa with chaise section. Watch your favorite shows, movies, and sports on the 60” ROKU smart TV with sound bar and host-provided streaming channels through Xfinity Flex (or log into channels via ROKU with your own log-ins). You have easy access to the pool area from here, too.

** THE SPACIOUS KITCHEN/DINING AREA **
Steps away from the living area, prep and cook your most delicious recipes in the fully equipped and well-lit kitchen with all the major stainless-steel appliances – refrigerator, dishwasher, stove/oven, and microwave – plus toaster, blender, coffeemaker, and electric tea kettle. You’ll have plenty of counter-space for crafting meals, including an island, which also serves as a breakfast bar or spot to grab a snack. You’ll find all the cookware, bakeware, dish-ware, glassware, serving-ware, flatware, and utensils to serve the group. Grab your morning hot beverage at the coffee/tea station with everything you need. Dine at the farmhouse-style table for 8, with additional seating available at the kitchen island. ** OUTSIDE SPACE **

Your furry friend will love romping in the yard; one dog per stay is welcome at the property and provided with bowls, bed, crate and bags for waste.

You will also find a 43" Samsung flat screen TV where you can log on with your account and watch your favorite shows. You’ll find no lack of storage as this bedroom offers a walk-in closet, along with drawers in the bedside tables. You’ll love the convenience of a large mirror and Bedroom 1’s ensuite bathroom with tub-shower combo and farmhouse-style sink.

Upstairs, you can select light and bright Bedroom 2 with its two queen beds and sumptuous linens. Discover a huge mirror and loads of storage in the dresser and walk-in closet with hangers. Bedroom 2’s ensuite bathroom offers a large walk-in shower. You can enjoy watching your favorite shows on a 43" Samsung smart TV by logging in with your account.

Parties or events are NOT permitted.

PETS:
We welcome one dog weighing less than 50 lbs to accompany you during your stay for an additional pet fee of $200 per stay, but unfortunately, cats are NOT permitted. Please inform us in advance if you plan to bring a dog. Dog must be well-behaved, house-trained, and kept off furniture and bedding. Please crate your dog when left alone(crate provided). Guests are responsible for any damages caused by their dog.
