The living room features elegant furnishings, a fireplace, and TV, providing the perfect setup for a movie night or two. Prepare meals in the fully-equipped kitchen beaming with stainless steel appliances and bar seating. For a more formal dining experience, share meals together in the lovely dining area, along with conversation from the day’s activities. A deck is conveniently located right off the kitchen, allowing you to add charred favorites to the menu. The deck is furnished as well, should you want to unwind and relax in the fresh, surrounding air. With all the essentials for upscale living, there is also a private washer/dryer, along with WiFi and central air conditioning for added convenience.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
