Das luxuriöse zwei Schlafzimmer, zwei Badezimmer Penthouse Einheit ist one-of-a-kind. Das Hauptschlafzimmer dieser großzügigen, 1500 Quadratmeter große Eigentumswohnung (2200 Quadratfuß einschließlich der beiden großen lanais) ist en-Suite mit großem Bad, mit romantischem "sein und ihr" Doppeldusche und einen entspannenden orientalischen Stil Badewanne. Das zweite Schlafzimmer, die einen tollen Blick auf die Berge und Wasserfälle hat, verfügt über ein Queen-Size-Bett. Sowohl der Master und der Gäste-Schlafzimmer Betten Plüsch, neue, maßgeschneiderte Insel Träume Matratzen.

Das Hotel liegt auf der obersten Etage des renommierten pu'u Po'a hat diese End-Gerät einen spektakulären Blick auf die Riffe und Brandung von seinen zwei lanais (siehe Bilder), vom Hauptschlafzimmer und Wohnzimmer, und aus der Küche und Esszimmer .

Elegant renoviert und neu eingerichtet, sind alle Geräte neu und die Küche komplett mit Mikrowelle, Herd, Backofen, Mixer, usw. ausgestattet ist Es gibt auch eine neue Waschmaschine und Trockner. Die große Familie Zimmer verfügt über hohe Decken, Kabel-TV, DVD / VCR-Player, iPod-Dockingstation, CD-Player und Highspeed-DSL-Internetzugang für Ihren Laptop. Es gibt ein zweites Kabel-TV im Schlafzimmer.

In einer ruhigen, End-of-the-Road-Einstellung ist pu'u Po'a ein festes Gebäude aus Beton, mit herrlich tropischen Gärten gepflegt und auf einen Pool und einen Tennisplatz auf dem Grundstück. Wegen seiner obersten Etage Lage und Betonkonstruktion, gibt es wenig Lärm von benachbarten Einheiten. Unser Ferienhaus ist eine Klippe-Rand-Einheit mit herrlichem Nahaufnahme Blick auf Wale, Surfer, und Blick auf den Sonnenuntergang von Bali Hai.

Der Komplex befindet sich direkt oberhalb und einen kurzen Weg von einem einsamen Strand 'Hide-Away "genannt, die außergewöhnliche Schnorcheln über flache, freigebig Riffe (siehe Bilder) hat. Pu'u Po'a Beach ist nur drei Minuten zu Fuß von unserer Eigentumswohnung vor dem Princeville Resort.

Princeville Resort verfügt über viele Annehmlichkeiten wie einen Wellnessbereich zum Verwöhnen. Der Winter bringt die Wale in die Panoramablick auf das Meer und die hohe Brandung lockt täglich Weltklasse-Surfer 'Dudes'. Prince ist bekannt für seine schönen Golfplätzen und in der Nähe rustikale Hanalei große Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten hat.

Spring break with granddaughters

We brought our granddaughters to Kauai for their first visit here. We have stayed in this lovely condo several times and this week was so wonderful…great weather and the girls loved the condo and nearby beaches. Noel was so helpful and he and Erica are great hosts.Great stay in a beautiful home in a lovely setting!

Phenomenal view!

The condo overlooked Hideaways Beach with a sweeping view west to the Napoli Coast. Our group of 2 couples enjoyed the view and waves so much, we only went out for dinner once in 4 evenings. The condo was clean and the kitchen was well supplied. The large master bedroom shower was a real plus. A great visit!

We had a lovely week..very relaxing listening to ocean breezes and exploring beaches. We lost internet due to a storm for a day, but having a nice place to relax it was the upside.We loved the condo… look forward to coming back! Our hosts Noel and Erica were so helpful! A wonderful unit!

We had a fantastic stay in this unit. It’s so nice to be on the top floor and end of the building to have privacy. The views from our deck were incredible, including whale sightings. We enjoyed dining at the resort next door and playing golf at the Makai course in the neighborhood. We never needed to use the air conditioning given the moderate temperatures and breezes - so nice to hear the waves in bed! Thank you!

Spectacular Views!

This was an amazing space. Condo was perfect and equipped nicely. We enjoyed the view from the lanai, saw whales and omg, the stars at night! Only thing we thought was a bit much was the constant landscaping noise in the daytime hours. Maybe management could limit to a few days instead of almost daily. Once you tuned it out, it sure was great! Princeville is an amazing area. We loved the scenery all around and enjoyed delicious meals. Our davorite was Happy Talk. Great food and service.

We stayed in this condo last year and loved it just as much this year! The views are spectacular and the setting so peaceful and lovely. The condo has everything you would need and is spacious. Breathtaking!

We have stayed in many units in Pu’u Poa and this is our favorite. One of my first nights I was standing in the kitchen ( you almost get a 180 degree view of the ocean) and we saw whales breaching… From the kitchen! My favorite though, was drinking coffee on the lanai, watching the surfers every morning. Such a beautiful was to begin our day. The owners quickly responded to any questions, the unit was very clean, and the pictures did not do it justice. We will be booking again as soon as we can!

Beautiful Princeville Condo

This top floor condo in Princeville is spacious, spotless, comfortable, quiet, has everything you need, and views to die for. The kitchen is very complete. There is a great starter kit of kitchen supplies that easily lasted us a week. Plenty of towels and beach towels as well. A cool breeze flows through in the evening with the sound of the surf in the background. Princeville center and shopping are 10 minutes away. The only drawback for us, not associated with the condo, was the short path down to Hideaways Beach. We found it rather difficult and only did it only once. Once you get there, the little beach is gorgeous and the snorkeling great. A wonderful stay. Thank you Oceanfront Realty!

all about the views and location

This place is all about view and location. The good: This place is spacious, airy, and has a ton of windows that look out over the oecan. The view from the decks, the kitchen and the master is killer. We loved falling asleep to the sound of the ocean every night. The sunset view was also gorgeous. We never felt that we had to leave to find a better viewing location. Keeping the fan going and the doors open kept us cool and comfortable for the majority of our visit. Also, the location is awesome. It is just above Hideaway's Beach and we enjoyed the mellow and sparcley populated beach every day. The pool was also very refreshing. The eh: We couldn't find any beach supplies, except for towels, so I was glad that we rented everything we needed. Also, almost everything in the house needs to be freshend up. The knives were dull and much of the silverware was put back in the drawer dirty. All of the fixtures and furniture and paint are quite old, but honestly, because the view was so great, it didn't bother us that much. Something a few other people have mentioned in other reviews, is that sound really travels there. The location is very quiet and serene, so you can hear any conversation or anything going on outside (kids playing music at the pool, dinner conversations, etc). One night, our neighbors had some visitors until around midnight and even though they were inside and in an enclosed lanai, it was very loud. None of these things would prevent us from visiting again. We had a lovely time and this is a great place to come for rest and relaxation.

Exceptional Condo! More beautiful in person! Owners are so kind and helpful!!

I was so fortunate to stay in this condo for three weeks in July of 2014. The condo is extraordinary! Two bedrooms with amazingly comfortable beds and pillows. A gourmet kitchen providing everything you need. And two incredible lanais offering the most spectacular views and incredible sunsets. It was so well appointed that we had absolutely everything we needed. It felt like home the minute we walked in the door. Over the course of three weeks, I hosted my adult children and a few groups of friends to celebrate my birthday "Hawaii Five-0" style. Each group was equally impressed with our accommodations. The location in Princeville is fantastic. The condo sits just above Hideaway Beach which is a perfect small beach offering great snorkeling and swimming. The hike down is quite a trek but very worth it. There is a small pool and tennis court on the property. Only a short walk away is Queen's Bath or the St. Regis hotel. Queen's Bath is breathtaking! I did get a massage at the hotel spa and enjoyed a cocktail and appetizer at their bar. It's expensive, especially when you have the most amazing view from the condo and can mix your own cocktail. A 5-minute drive to Foodland in Princeville for groceries. Fifteen minutes gets you to Hanalei where we rented kayaks, shopped, ate and drank. Tahiti Nui is a fun stop for pizza and mai tai's. I ran into Beau Bridges and his wife there (they were also seated in front of me on my flight home). Had a good burger at Bubba's and bought fresh bread at Hanalei Bread Company and fresh juice at the juice stand next to the grocery. But nothing beat picking up fresh fish from the Dolphin Fish Market and grilling on the lanai. Heaven!! Another 15 minutes north from Hanalei takes you as far as you can drive. I highly recommend Sushi Girl just south of Tunnels Beach at a small general store. And hiking at least part of the Kalalau Trail is a must do! We also booked a boat tour with NaPali Catamaran which was fantastic and a highlight of the trip. Did a helicopter tour five years ago. Would do either again. We drove all the way up Waimea Canyon and to Polihale Beach (both are on the other side of the island) on a couple of occasions. It's a "day trip" and so worth it. Stop at Jo Jo's in Waimea for shave ice - order the #2. Hanapepe is a fun stop for shopping, etc. But there's nothing like driving back to the North Shore and it's spectacular views. This island and this condo are something special. Feel so blessed for the experience!

Our Experience was So-So

I am writing this review in the airport as we wait for our departing flight from Kauai back to Colorado. My goal in writing this review is to provide future visitors as much information as possible to help them in having the best experience they can in this property. We visited from 12/26 - 1/8. The great: The scenery and landscape is breathtaking. The Princeville resort is absolutely amazing. As you drive in to the property you will have views most will likely never have the opportunity to experience first hand. Towering mountains, greenery everywhere, a beautiful golf course, pine trees. We could not have asked for better scenery. The coffee pot held 14 cups and kept the coffee very hot. The kitchen is top notch with nice cabinets and quiet close drawers. Full size washer/dryer. Owner was very responsive even responded on Christmas Day. The good: The view from the condo was very nice. We had some of the best weather locals (we heard comments multiple times) had seen in quite some time and yet still cloudy and windy most days (time of the year?). They had a very well stocked kitchen (with a few exceptions detailed below). They had non-stick pans, nice silverware, plenty of plates and cups. Good spots to see nearby (Hanalai Bay, Hideaway beach, Queens Bath). The bad: indoor furniture is horribly uncomfortable. Due to the weather and chilly nights there are many times where you will be indoors on the furniture. We could rarely find a comfortable spot where we could sit or lay down for more than about 15-30 minutes. The windows do not close fully letting cool air in. In the winter when it is cold and the wind blows this makes the condo quite chilly and a bit uncomfortable. In addition noise travels in the halls. You could hear people's conversations, horns honking in the parking lot, roosters crowing in the morning, etc. They were missing a few things in the kitchen including cookie/baking sheets, sturdy spatulas (the two provided were marginal at best), and measuring spoons. Cleaners showed up 20 min early rushing us out on our last day. Additional notes: The pictures can make the unit look as though it is a two story unit with one covered lanai and one uncovered. There is no covered lanai in this unit. Because there is not a covered lanai along with the cooler weather your outdoor time is limited (again, time of year?). CJs restaurant is terrible. Hukilau Lanai in Kapa'a was the best restaurant during our visit.

The best penthouse on Kauai

My partner and I are just back from the most amazing holiday in Kauai, Princeville, and we think the most spectacular rental on the island. The home has spectacular views that you can melt into, two relaxing decks where you can view the sunset over Bali Hai , and is beautifully appointed and cared for. The rooms are spacious and cozy at the same time. Everything is maintained to high standards and I recommend this home for the most delightful and for us, romantic vaction.

The Princeville area is quiet but close to shopping and restaurants. The condo was clean and well equipped. The bed was comfortable and the layout of the space is perfect. We would not hesitate to rent this property again.

Amazing place in a perfect location

We enjoyed every aspect of our stay in this quiet place. It is beautiful, and had everything we needed! The bedrooms are nice and big, clean, and each with its own AC unit. We enjoyed the double shower heads in the master bathroom. The kitchen and living are is nice, open and airy. We loved making pancakes in the morning and eating them on the lanai. This is a top-floor edge unit, which gives it an elevated view, additional windows, and extra ceiling height. Along with the nice artwork, it makes the place very inviting. Hideaways beach was just a hike down - no need to find parking. Our daughter (8) was able to make it down. Snorkeling there was amazing! We saw a wide variety of fish, corals, and a number of turtles. The beach gear supplied came in handy for trips to Tunnels beach. We wish we could have stayed longer, and want to come back. Dirty and leaking water

We were excited for the location but disappointed with the place. It’s very dirty, old and loud. The place has a lot of water damage and we found out why for 3 of our 4 days staying there. We left early as we just couldn’t live in this dump anymore. They need to do some serious work to make this place nice and worth the money. We were extremely disappointed.

My husband and I were here celebrating our 25th anniversary and we enjoyed every minute. The unit was as beautiful as picture but the views far surpassed. I cannot imagine a better View from anywhere. The area surrounding the condo is gorgeous, upscale. And the local towns have a funky laid-back vibe that we loved. Highly recommend this condo

THE place to be on the Northshore of Kauai. The unit provides everything you could need. We were fortunate enough to spend 4 weeks in #406 and will treasure our experience always.

memorable time on Kauai's north shore

Had a grand condo looking north across the Pacific. Really enjoyed the shops, restaurants, bars in nearby Hanalei. Highlight was helicopter trip which allowed us to see areas now unavailable to be visited due to road & bridge construction.

The property is top notch with a great location, lovely pool and spectacular views of the ocean.

We love this unit and have stayed here 3 years in a row. It is well equipped with everything you need to live comfortably. We have only one suggestion to the owners for improvement. While the living room furniture looks wonderful, and is very appropriate for the location, it is extremely uncomfortable . We tried everything we could think of to alleviate our discomfort, but couldn’t find a good solution. Perhaps it’s time to consider new, comfortable furniture.
