Step out the front door to hit the slopes or spend the day shopping on Main Street in Park City, just under four miles away. Equally as convenient, you’ll find more shopping, dining, grocery stores, and other amenities in Kimball Junction, a little over three miles north. All around are opportunities for outdoor recreation, no matter what time of year you visit - hike, mountain bike, golf, or head to Jordanelle State Park for water sports in the warm months, and spend the winter snowshoeing, cross-country skiing, or just sipping hot cocoa at a Main St. café.

At home, you’ll find a chic space, with high ceilings, modern furnishings, and an airy, open floor plan. If it’s warm outside, enjoy your morning coffee with a view on the balcony. If not, never fear - the living room and both bedrooms boast a gorgeous mountain view as well thanks to large picture windows. The sleek kitchen shines, with high-end Viking appliances and quartz countertops to help make cooking a pleasure, and there’s room for everyone at mealtime between the breakfast bar and window-front dining table.

After a day of hiking or skiing, come home to get cozy in front of the gas fireplace if it’s cold outside or cool off in the central AC if it’s warm. Pop the day’s clothes in the washer/dryer upstairs, then watch a bit of TV or upload the day’s pics to social media with the free WiFi. Keep dinner simple with a cookout on the gas grill, or even simpler at one of the many restaurants in Park City. THINGS TO KNOW

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
