It has a bedroom with individual beds that can be converted into a double bed, as well as 2 individual sofa beds in the living room. The apartment is also equipped with air conditioning in all rooms, which guarantees a comfortable and cool stay. In addition, there is a complete bathroom and a washing machine.

The security of the department is paramount, so there are security personnel 24 hours a day. High-speed Internet is also provided so that guests can stay connected during their stay.

The location of the apartment is unbeatable, since a few meters from the apartment are the Patio Bullrich Shopping and the elegant Avenida Alvear, which offers a wide variety of options to enjoy the city.

It is important to take into account that check-in must be done before 8:00 p.m. and that check-in will not be allowed on Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

We have a new application called 'HOSPY', where you can make your virtual Check In with your identification. You can also pay your Security Deposit through this channel (not necessary for AIRBNB guests). The deposit is returned between 10 and 14 days after your departure. In the application you will have direct contact with your personal host. Deposits range from $50 for studio and 1-bedroom apartments to $800 for apartments with 8 or more bedrooms.

Plus, you can use it to pay for early arrivals (hourly), late departures (hourly), extensions, excursions, and more. In our app you will find your Check In instructions and you will also have your access codes one hour before the usual check-in time.

We can also store your luggage for a few hours in the event that you do not wish to pay an additional fee or there is no availability.
