Welcome to Jade Beach B28!  This stunning second-floor condo was completely renovated in November 2022 and offers a beautiful, sleek style for your vacation!

Our company manages 140+ vacation rentals in the area so we operate differently than an independent Vacation Rental "Host". We have a team that will assist with your visit to the property:

Jade Beach is just a 2-minute walk to two large plazas that are home to many fantastic restaurants, a coffee shop, a grocery store, a day spa, and more!  Cross the street and you’re on the beach path to the beautiful sand of Coco Beach. You'll find many, many more restaurants as well as shops, a casino, and 3 large grocery stores in Downtown Coco, just a 10-minute walk from your door.

Playas del Coco is just a 25-minute drive from Guanacaste Airport (LIR).  Several supermarkets, fruit vendors, and more restaurants, bars, and shops to count. Enjoy a walk along the beach boardwalk or stroll the beach from point to point for a 3km walk. Many scuba diving, sport fishing, and sightseeing tours depart from Coco. You’re also close to several area day trip spots – waterfalls, hiking, hot springs, and mud baths, cultural experiences, and river tours. Playas del Coco is the perfect home base for an amazing Costa Rican vacation!

Out front, you have a covered patio with a dining table for 4.  This space is set back from the pool but still has great views of the pool and the tropical grounds.  Enter into the updated kitchen, dining and living space.  The kitchen space has a double-burner cooktop and air fryer, plus all the kitchen amenities you need for preparing in-home meals.  The living space has a new L-shaped couch that faces the large Smart TV.  There is also a dining table for 4 and a corner coffee station.  The soaring vaulted ceilings combined with the crisp and modern decor make the space feel huge!   The space has a ductless air conditioning unit but stays cool thanks to the high ceilings and shaded location.

Down the hallway are 2 bedrooms and a full bathroom. The main bathroom has been completely renovated and has a beautiful shower stall and the same sleek style as the main living space.  The master bedroom features a queen bed and the second bedroom has two twin beds.  Each room has large wardrobes for clothes storage and its own ductless air conditioning unit.

The community has a shared pool, rancho, and laundry facilities.

Car rentals or golf cart rentals are options for transportation during your stay. There is free parking along the front of the development.

It’s also a very walkable location!
You can walk to the grocery store (5 minutes), the beach (6 minutes), restaurants (5-15 minutes) and Coco’s Main Street (15 minutes).
