This amazing 1500 sq ft. 2 level townhome features 2 bedrooms and 2.5 bath, sleeps 8 and is nestled in an unbeatable location!The building is quiet and exclusive, features only 4 units in total, each with its own separate entrance and private back patio. Townhome is beautifully decorated and would make you instantly feel relaxed and filled with island vibes. This beautiful beach townhome features a master bedroom with a king size bed and an en-suite guest bedroom, furnished with a Queen and a full beds. Fully equipped kitchen, in unit washer and dryer, high speed Wi-Fi, cable TV, private furnished patio, common area with a BBQ grill and 2 designated parking spots make this townhouse a perfect vacation spot for family and friends.This vacation rental is located just across from the one of the most beautiful beaches in US! No car needed

This was our second year staying in the Palm Beach Townhouses, but we tried a different unit.Both were perfect for our needs. We spent the week walking to restaurants, the beach and our parents place near by.Everything was as pictured, we especially enjoyed the private back patio and front room with morning sun. We will be back for sure!

Spring Break Family Getaway

We had a great visit with family on Singer Island. The rental was exactly what we needed for our group. The location was perfect for our many beach visits and for walking to restaurants and to visit other family staying on the island.

Great location great communication!

Wonderful location in Singer Island close to beach access with easy parking. The interiors are spacious and clean. We only had one issue and the manager answered us quickly and resolved the issue promptly. We were there for medical visits and were very comfortable in the amenities.

Absolutely loved our stay in the super cute updated townhome! Our only disappointment is that it was not available for additional days to extend our stay. Would highly recommend to anyone coming into the area.

It was perfect for a team of us to stay in Palm beach shores close to our meetings on Singer Island. Location to everything was ideal and place was appointed nicely and very clean. Just perfect!

Great location

The property is across the street from the beach so it was really convenient to watch the sun rise and for trips to the beach. There is also a snorkeling trail less than a mile away next to a bridge that was fun.The condo was spacious and clean and the kitchen had everything we needed. We would definitely stay there again.

Best beach home ever

We loved our stay at Singer Island. The townhouse was equipped with everything you would need in a home away from. It was very clean and tastefully decorated. The location to the beach was exactly a 4 minute walk. My family and I will definitely be back to Blue Agave!

Our FL family visit

Place was clean...has everything you need. Communication was prompt. Location was great: beach across the street; food, coffee shop, beach stores, Sailfish Marina a few minutes' walk. Publix is 2 mi. away. Everything you need for the beach too: chairs, umbrellas, beach towels, boogie boards, etc. We would definitely stay again! Thank you.

Perfect Little Place

Took the family for a little beach trip before school started. Had a wonderful time! House is very comfortable and perfect size for our family of 5. Short walk to the beach which was big, had a lifeguard and not crowded. Took the kids to Peanut Island which was easy to do with the Water Taxi right up the block at the Marina. Loved the location and hope to return soon.

We had an enjoyable stay. We have a few recommendations New mattresses on all beds new pillows,scrape and paint the upstairs ceiling that is peeling. Carpet very stained. Enjoyed the patio!

Fantastic Location, Ready for Any Kind of Fun

Listing is as stated and owners very responsive. Very clean and updated, AC works, beds comfy - extra towels, linens, and a keurig machine if that matters to you. This location is a 5 minute (or less) walk to the beach and they have thoughtfully supplied beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, boards, toys, everything you need! We had a short drive to spring training baseball games and many different eating choices within walking distance. We'll be back!

Perfect!

Everything was exactly as listing described. Everything you need in kitchen, for the beach (chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, skim board, etc). Clean. The beach is a 2 minute walk. Marina with restaurant and ferry to peanut island 5 minute walk (1 minute drive). Inlet 10 minute walk. Bunch of local restaurants 3 minute drive or 10 min walk. Really great!!

Great place and location on Singer Island!

We have been going to Singlet Island for about 20 years. This was the first time we rented a place as we used to stay with family. Property was as shown on listing-updated, very clean and stocked. Comfortable beds, plenty of towels, etc. Good beach chairs & umbrellas. Across the street from public beach access. Perfect!! Our only suggestions would be window coverings that can be closed on slider in living room and more towel rods or hooks in bathrooms. We would stay here again for sure!

Ideal home and location

The house and location were great! The layout with both bedrooms upstairs having their own bathrooms and the 3rd 1/2 bath downstairs with the living room/ kitchen worked great. Upstairs laundry also very convenient. House had beach towels, chairs and umbrellas. Kitchen had most everything for cooking. They had both a standard drip and Keurig coffee machine. Wifi worked great. Outdoor patio area was a lovely quiet place to sit. The beach is literally across the street, and there is a playground on the walk down there as well. Management communication was A+. We will be back
