Upon entering the home, you'll step into the plush and cozy living room space, with the formal dining area behind it, then the kitchen in the backdrop. The living room, kitchen and dining area are all on the large open space main floor. The beautiful dining area, living room space and kitchen areas are perfectly situated and connected, creating an inviting open space for your entire group to engage in intriguing conversations, gather, dine-in and wine-down. From the kitchen area is the exit to the fully fenced backyard area.
With Whole Foods approximately 10 minutes [walk] away and a kitchen that is fully-stocked, you have access to everything you'll need to make and enjoy meals at home. You'll also avoid all the inconveniences of a hotel - no kitchen, tiny fridge, eating out for every meal and many more.
The home features hardwood floors throughout with stairs leading you to the 2nd and 3rd levels of the home where you will find the your bedrooms and full-size bathrooms. All bedrooms are plush and sleeps two very comfortably in each King-size bed, aside from one bedroom with 2 Full-size beds.

Other things to note:
1. I use smart technology in my home - smart locks, smart thermostat, smart TVs, smart smoke detectors and many more. Home is equipped with a smart lock. Access to the property requires using the August Home mobile application.
2. Health and safety remains my top priority! A professional, thorough cleaning and sanitizing process is conducted between guests. Everything from the refrigerator to the remote controls and light switches are cleaned and sanitized. Due to this lengthy cleaning process, late check-outs or early check-ins are extremely difficult to accommodate.
3. Please remember that you're staying in a private residence in an upscale residential neighborhood with families and kids, not a hotel. Please treat my home with the same respect you would your home. If any problems arise, I will do my best to take action ASAP.
4. The entire city of Alexandria is a pet-friendly community and you may run into other neighbors’ pets during your stay while strolling about the neighborhood.
5. This is a 3 level home so one must climb stairs to the reach the upper bedroom areas. There is also a detached bedroom located in its own separate quarters which one must climb a set of stairs to reach.
6. Absolutely no parties or events. This property is equipped with a noise sensor. Please see House Rules.
7. Two bedrooms on the top floor do not have a standalone closets but are equipped with drawers for clothes storage.
