Our houses are all ranked in the Top 10 houses on Lewisville Lake w the best reviews! This is our newest house w/ $250,000 complete remodel. 4BR/3.5BA Huge House w/ hot tub, pool table, large deck, 2 kayaks & best lake views! The layout is perfect for groups or families w/ 4 bedrooms & 12 beds that will sleep up to 16 people comfortably. There is a large private lakefront area w/ fire pit to enjoy during your stay. Brand new designer furnishings, stocked like a hotel but feels like home!!

Our neighborhood is the oldest on Lewisville Lake. Several of the old homes have been remodeled and now sell for over $750,000 or more. There are also several new homes that sell for over 1-2 million dollars in the same area.There are also older houses that have not been remodeled and are in very poor condition. We take pride in knowing that our houses are always the best kept and nicest on the lake.

Uber and Lyft are readily available in our area but it is easiest to get a car before 10pm at night.

Popular Little Elm Beach and Boat Ramp is 5 minutes away!
Hydrous Wake Park and Hula Hut Restaurant are less than 7 miles away along with numerous food/drink options.
Less than 20 minutes to The Star in Frisco Where The Dallas Cowboys Practice Less than 25 minutes to designer shopping and high end entertainment at Legacy West and Billion Dollar Mile

Check-In Time: 4 p.m. Check-Out Time: 11 a.m.

The following are CITY Laws for short-term rentals and MUST be followed. Please respect all laws so we can ensure you have a great stay!

1. Quiet Hours: 10 p.m. until 7 a.m. on weekdays, and 11 p.m. until 8 a.m. on Fridays and Saturdays.

2. NO PARTIES OR EVENTS. Maximum occupancy should not be exceeded.

-Maximum Overnight Occupancy (after dark): 16

-Maximum Daytime Occupancy: 20

3. Primary renter must be present during the entire stay.

4. Four cars MAX on property. Short-term rentals do not allow for parking on the street or anywhere except our driveway.

No Pets are allowed anywhere on the property.

No smoking of any kind inside our home.

Immediate eviction and an additional fee will be applied for violation.

Great house for multiple families

The house and number of beds and bedrooms and baths is great. The neighborhood and steet to the home is very sketchy. Pot holes too big to dodhe and multiple shacks. We did not get to check in one hour early, as requested, so i jad to drop my husband off with car contents on the back porch, so i could pick up people from the airport. No one was there, so that was ridiculous. No ice in the ice mackine and no respinse when i emailed about it. Missing batteries o. The tv remote, so.no tv the first night. They did drop off batteries and with broken windows and messy uards. We did not

4th of July Fun

Great house and location, beds were comfortable. My only complaint is the upstairs AC needs some maintenance, it would not cool very well and stayed warm most of the time. Otherwise we had a great time!

Lake House birthday weekend

I had my 70th Birthday celebration with several of my friends. The house was beautiful and the beds were very comfortable. The communication with the owners was great. Everyone enjoyed their time there.

Bachelor Party To Remember

My bachelor party was a success by staying here for the long weekend on the lake! Everyone enjoyed the cleanliness of the house as well as the luxurious accessories that came with it. You can tell the owners really put a lot of thought into making sure a guest’s stay is comfortable. The house had so much to offer and the photos and description match with the reality of the house in person. The owner’s were very clear and concise with communication and that made our stay extra special because everything ran smoothly. We all would recommend to stay at this property to anyone and we hope to return real soon again!

House by the Lake

We had a very relaxing stay at this very well appointed house. Unfortunately, the weather was not very cooperative to use the hot tub. If we ever get back to Texas, we will definitely rent this house again.
