Beautifully remodeled one bedroom home in Largo only 8 min driving from the beach. We love this space and did everything we could to make it perfect for our guests. It has two outdoor areas (a fenced in yard and underneath the carport). You are within walking distance to supermarket and restaurants. The trail for biking is right across the street. You are so close to Largo Central Park and down the street from Largo downtown. This home is in the center of all the action.

The space is a triplex that is attached to the main house but has its own entrance and is private with its own fenced in patio.

The home has everything you need for a comfortable stay including a complete kitchen with glasses, plates, utensils, coffee maker with filters, microwave, mixer etc.

There is also a TV and Netflix
& Sling are available.

Bedding is new and comfy. There is a new King bed and we can add a pack and play if requested before your stay. We provide extra sheets and towels and small toiletries to start your stay.

There is plenty of space to move around and the lighting in this home is absolutely stunning.

There is a carport to park your car or you can park on the street as well.

This place accommodates 2 adults and 1 child only (we provide pack and play and have a sofa which does not pull out to sleep on). It does not accommodate 4 adults.

We do have a strict and non-refundable policy. We highly recommend the purchase of travel insurance that will pay your expenses if any unexpected cancellation occurs. That might be smart for your flight as well, if you’re afraid it will be cancelled.

Please make sure your pets are clean and groomed, if the room smells like pets when you leave there will be a charge for cleaning assessed, this does happen sometimes and we're very fair about this policy. We have a pet restriction on some pets and all pets must be approved. You must let us know how many pets and what breed you are bringing.
