Coco Bay Estates is located between Playas del Coco and Playa Ocotal. Tucked off the main road, you are just a 5-minute drive to the shops and restaurants of Playas del Coco. Guests can access the development’s on-site fitness facility including a large pool, gym and pickleball & tennis courts. They can also use the facilities at Ocotal Beach Club, in Playa Ocotal. Playas del Coco is just a 25-minute drive from Guanacaste Airport (LIR). Several supermarkets, fruit vendors, and more restaurants, bars, and shops to count. Enjoy a walk along the beach boardwalk or stroll the beach from point to point for a 3km walk. Many scuba diving, sport fishing, and sightseeing tours depart from Coco. You’re also close to several area day trip spots – waterfalls, hiking, hot springs, and mud baths, cultural experiences, and river tours. Playas del Coco is the perfect home base for an amazing Costa Rican vacation!

Casa Golondrina opens to a massive open living space with beautiful ocean views. The home features a beautiful kitchen with granite counters and stainless steel appliances including a 5-burner gas stove and French door fridge. There is a breakfast bar seating for 4, or serve up a formal dinner at the dining table. The dining space also has a hidden Murphy double bed, for additional sleeping space. Across the living space is a large, comfortable L-shaped sofa facing a Smart TV, ready for streaming your favorite movies and shows. Just off the living space is a laundry room and a powder room.

The living space opens to the stunning outdoor area with a covered terrace that wraps the entire back of the home. The space is perfect for relaxing or entertaining with several different seating areas including conversation sets, lounge chairs, and a high-top bar. The beautiful waterfall edge pool has 4 in-pool bar stools and spans the deck from edge to edge. The outdoor terrace also features a gas grill and outdoor sink. Oh, did we mention the pool table? This outdoor space is a 10/10 for entertaining.

The three bedrooms are set on opposite ends of the home. On the east side of the home are two bedrooms, each with queen beds and ensuite bathrooms. The back bedroom stays shaded during the day and has an ensuite with a shower stall. The other bedroom has direct access to the pool deck through large sliding doors, and also has access between the en-suite bath and the billiards area. On the west side of the house is the massive primary bedroom with a king bed, pool access, smart TV, and a large en-suite bathroom with a stand-up shower stall, jacuzzi tub, double vanity, and walk-in closet.

The home sits on a very private lot with ocean and nature views. Enjoy peace and seclusion, plus the benefits of Coco Bay Estates and being in close proximity to local beaches.

We do not recommend renting this home without a rental car. We can help with booking this through our discount account with Adobe Rent a Car. Our guests receive discounted rates and free extras like Wi-Fi hotspot, GPS, car seats, and more. Golf carts are NOT permitted at this home due to the very steep driveway. We do not have Uber or Lyft here and taxis are not always readily available.

We're getting new neighbors! Coco Bay Estates is growing and additional homes are being built in our area. We know construction can be a bother on vacation, so we have reduced our standard nightly rates by 10% to offset any inconvenience this may cause. Note that construction only happens during the day. If you're visiting Costa Rica to explore the amazing beaches, volcanoes , waterfalls, and rainforests you probably won't even notice to work! Pura Vida!
