One floor above the ground, take a quick stroll down one flight of stairs and find yourself at The Commodore's beach access. The Commodore offers everything you need to be “out-of-the-way,” but still close enough to the action to jump right into the action when you're ready!

Featuring quick access to places like St. Andrew's State Park, Rick Seltzer Park, Treasure Island Marina for a day of deep-sea fishing, and Captain Anderson's Marina for dinner on the lagoon, this condo is perfectly positioned to allow you to choose your level of activity.

The Commodore offers elevators for easy access if you find yourself not wanting to take the stairs.

LIVING AREA

Get lost in the rippling waves of the Gulf of Mexico visible from almost every angle of this spacious condo. Fall back into the couch with room for three or one of the two comfy armchairs and listen to the sea birds from your sliding glass door with floor to ceiling views of the pristine sugar-white sands of Panama City Beach. The couch also folds out to reveal a sleeper sofa.

KITCHEN & DINING

Wake up late and craft your favorite brunch meal or cocktail in the fully equipped kitchen with ample stone counter space. You'll find all the cookware, dishes, utensils, and a full suite of appliances you need to create even the most complex of recipes. When it's time to dine, six people can dine at the table and an additional three at the kitchen counter.

This condo sleeps 10 comfortably.

This condo features two primary bedrooms, both with direct access to balcony and striking views of the beach right from your bed.

The first primary contains a king size bed, large flat-screen TV, plenty of closet and dresser space, direct access to the balcony and a private ensuite bathroom featuring a glass enclosed standing shower.

The second primary contains a queen size bed, large flat-screen TV, plenty of closet and dresser space, direct access to the balcony and a private ensuite bathroom featuring a glass enclosed standing shower.

The third bedroom contains a two full-size beds and ample storage space in the oversized dresser and closet, and a flat-screen TV for entertainment. This bedroom is connected to the third full bathroom featuring a standing shower with glass enclosure.

The living room contains a pull out sleeper sofa perfect for up to two adults.

CONDO AMENITIES

This condo features a full-size washer and dryer to take care of your swimsuits at the end of a day at the beach. This condo is located on the second floor providing quick and easy access via the stairs if you don't want to wait for an elevator.

A starter set of toiletries is included with every guest stay and includes paper towels, toilet tissue, conditioning shampoo, and bar soap for each bathroom, laundry soap for the washer and dryer, dishwasher soap, and liquid dish soap.

OUTDOOR AREAS & RESORT AMENITIES

Step out onto the spacious furnished patio and enjoy your morning coffee while listening to the waves of the Gulf of Mexico right in front of you! The balcony features two elevated polywood chairs and two regular chairs, providing you plenty of space to sip your morning coffee while listening to the waves crash against the sand.

Maybe you fancy a game of tennis, basketball, or shuffleboard? All of these are available to you onsite, just remember to bring the correct shoes!

Guests have access to two unassigned parking spaces in the open parking lot. Parking passes and wristbands are required and will be provided to you by the Security Guard when you arrive.

It was a Great place to stay. Everything was clean and easy access to beach & restaurants. Property Manager accommodated us coming a day early and was very helpful. We enjoyed our stay!!!

Very nice place, very clean, plenty of room for my family. I would recommend this place to anyone. Very family oriented place. We will be back. Only con was balcony table was bent. We arrived about 3 hours earlier messaged host about if it’s possible to check in early. They offered $75.00 check in early fee. No one has ever tried to charge me a early check in fee.

Management Company Soleil was horrible
We drove 5 hours with our elderly disabled parents an d arrived at 3 pm, 1 hour before check-in. I called Soleil, the management company and asked them if they could let us in early. They were very rude on the phone and told us that we didn’t request early check-in and they would only help us for an additional $75.00 fee. So I had to load up our elderly disabled parents and reload the car and go ride around for another hour until 4pm. So our stay did not get off to a great start. Other than that, there was no broom, dust pan, mop, or bucket to cleanup after ourselves during the weeks stay. There was no iron or ironing board. Soleil did send a new one when I called to let them know. The washer has mold growing around the door gasket. The deck was covered in sand like no one had swept in weeks. There was also mold in the common restroom. The elevators were dirty and smelled and common exterior areas were not well kept. For the money we spent we expected better. Suggestions for home owner: 1. Night stand lamps in all bedrooms. 2. Shower heads with handheld heads 3. Small deck tables on patio to set coffee mug or drinks. 4. End tables in den. 5. More than one dish towel.

Location and view and access to beach is awesome. The onsight manager and security staff are amazing and very friendly. Entry to condo was easy. First thing I noticed was mold in master shower, and a plastic tag was left in shower floor. Mold in guest bathroom vent. Threshold entry to 2 rooms broken. Live roach bug. Dead bugs in kitchen cabinet. Washer/Dryer gross with green mold. Used bandaid under bed comforter. Sheets turned inside out. If I were owner, I’d be embarrassed to let folks stay here. Beautiful condo, but extremely unclean.

Great place
Really enjoyed staying at Commodore 210. The condo is spilt very nicely with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Each family group in our party had their own private bathroom and we loved that. The location of the condo is excellent on the second floor. It is very early accessible by stairs from the beach and the parking lot. Not having to wait at the elevator was great. We even took our beach wagon up and down the stairs. One suggestion is to add to the description that there are beach toys available. We couldn't find that in the description and brought toys with us, but there were toys available in the condo. Also it would've been nice to also have a beach wagon and beach towels available. Otherwise we really enjoyed our stay and we would definitely choose to stay there again.

Great property and location. Would have liked some more blankets for the beds. They were quite thin. The trash truck sometimes shows up at 6:30 in the morning and is very very loud unloading the dumpsters outside the front door.
