The Space
Stay in a newly renovated 1,232 sq ft posh home makes the perfect home away from home for your Atlanta visit. It’s comfortable and inviting and perfect for families or groups of friends looking for a relaxing getaway for 6 guests.

When you step inside, you’re greeted by a luminous and stylish open living space with a big comfy sofa and a Smart TV for an excellent spot to unwind and enjoy downtime when at home. The room also features a gorgeous wood dining table that also converts to a pool table! Enjoy some fun at home when you don’t feel like going out. And, if you’re a remote worker who needs to get some work done, you have an office desk and chair there, too, with reliable Wi-Fi throughout the home.

There is a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and everything you need to prepare meals at home. There’s a cute breakfast bar nook there, too, with a table and two bar stools for a quick snack or another laptop-friendly workspot. Plus, a dishwasher for easy clean-ups!

There are 3 bedrooms designed for your comfort, and all feature plush queen beds, quality bedding, and Smart TVs to unwind at night! The master bedroom features an ensuite bathroom, and there is another full bathroom in the home with a tub/shower combo.

Outside, there’s a front porch and a backyard deck with furniture and a small firepit. These outdoor spaces are perfect for relaxing with a cup of coffee in the morning or unwinding with a glass of wine in the evening.

Other amenities include air conditioning, heating, a washer and dryer, a driveway space if you arrive by car, and additional street parking in front of the home. Also, it’s a pet-friendly property if you’ll be traveling with your furry friend!

Located in a convenient neighborhood just 2.5 miles south of downtown Atlanta and all the popular landmarks and attractions for you to explore the vibrant city with ease!

Guests have full and exclusive access to the home.

It’s also important that you list all guests included in the reservation at the time of booking. Additional visitors must be approved in advance.

Interaction with Guests
This is a self-check-in property using a door code for entry. Codes will be sent to you before your arrival.

You’ll have complete privacy during your stay, but we’re available 7 days a week. Should you need anything, just send us a message.

The Neighborhood
You’ll enjoy this quaint neighborhood. You should visit the nearby park and the local market or take a trip to Zoo Atlanta, just 1 mile from the property! You’ll also be just minutes away from downtown Atlanta, Mercedes-Benz Stadium, State Farm Arena, the Aquarium, tons of nightlife, partying, and dining options. It’s a very centralized and convenient location.

Please note that this is a highly gentrified neighborhood yet, still in the bustling downtown Atlanta (so it’s still the inner city), with lots of activity, people on the streets, nightly noises, and possible construction at times. We’d just like you to understand this before booking the home!

Getting Around
The nearest international airport is Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport (ATL), located about 9 miles from the property.

There are plenty of transportation options. You can also take a rideshare service like Uber or Lyft or go by taxi. If you prefer public transportation, there are train/subway and Marta (bus) transportation options too.

Other things to note
Please note the following important information before booking:

The property is in a highly gentrified neighborhood in downtown Atlanta, but it’s still the inner city, with lots of activity, people on the streets, nightly noises, and possible construction at times. Also, there are two active churches next door, so on Sundays, you’ll hear noise. We’d just like you to understand this before booking with us.

This is Georgia! There are a lot of wooded areas. Please be aware that bugs may be seen. And while we do have pest control scheduled quarterly, bugs can still get into the home. This is out of our control, and NO REFUND WILL BE GIVEN. It’s best not to leave any open food out to minimize any insect visitors. Thank you in advance for your understanding.

We do not provide daily housekeeping services. However, the property will be thoroughly cleaned before your arrival, and basic essentials such as toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, and hand and body soap will be provided to get you started.

Please do not flush feminine products (i.e., tampons) or wipes in the toilet. Please use the waste basket provided. Also, do not put food or grease down the kitchen sink. A $300 charge will apply if the sink or toilet becomes clogged.

Please don’t use the towels for makeup removal. Makeup stains are very difficult to clean, and we need to charge for makeup-stained sheets and towels.

Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.

Surveillance cameras are located in outdoor common areas and public spaces and are strictly for security reasons to ensure guests' safety.

HOUSE RULES
- Travelers must be at least 25 years of age or older to book.
- Guests with no prior reviews will need to send a copy of their driver's license or government-issued photo ID to complete and confirm their reservation.
- No smoking of any kind (tobacco, cannabis, vaping, etc.) is allowed inside the home. There is a smoke detector inside, and if evidence of smoking/vaping is discovered, there is a $250 penalty. Also, the use of any recreational drugs on the premises is strictly prohibited.
- Parties/events are not permitted without advanced approval. Restrictions apply.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed. Unapproved guests are subject to a $50 fee per person fee and/or immediate cancellation of the remainder of the reservation without refund. No tent or other structures may be set up on the property grounds.
- Check out is at 11 AM. Unapproved late checkouts are subject to a $50 fee.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if needed after their stay.
- Renters may be required to provide a government ID on check-in day or during their stay.
- Do not use the address for any type of shipment. This is strictly prohibited.
- Please avoid moving furniture.
- Pets-friendly property for up to 2 pets, none over 50 lbs. Pet fee applies.
