Are you looking for the perfect winter escape or summer getaway? “Island Life” beachfront condo in Hilton Head is the perfect place to relax and has room for everyone with a queen bed, 2 bunks, and a pull-out sofa. The villa features a fully stocked kitchen for all your cooking needs including coffee bar. The balcony has comfortable seating and lets you enjoy the sun and partial view of the ocean. The resort features several restaurants, tennis, and swimming pools, playground, gym, and a great beach to swim, walk or watch the waves. The beach is only 500 feet from the condo. The is great for couples and small families. The we offer has a full stock kitchen, coffee/tea bar, games, books amd puzzles for all ages. Heading to the beach ~we have coolers, beach chairs, beach wagon and beach toys for you to enjoy. New mattress with adjustable bed.

A bit cooler than usual

In spite of the weather, we enjoyed a few days sitting on the beach and at the pool. On cooler days we still got a walk along the beach which is always great.

AMAZING

Loved everything about this condo. Small but mighty. All the essentials needed for perfect weekend to compete in my bodybuilding competition. The host was very quick and attentive when needed. Location is great and close to shopping ans restaurants. Would definitely book here again!

My favorite beach condo

This is the second year we've stayed in this unit. We were so excited to see it was available for our dates again this year. VERY clean, up to date and VERY family friendly. There are games and puzzles for kiddos, SO many hooks for towels and wet swimsuits and well thought out additional furniture (folding chairs and TV trays). We love how close it is to the beach as well. We sure hope to rent here next year too!

Great little spot!

Everything was exactly as listed and the property was adorable and very clean. My only concern was that we intended to use the pull out couch and it was completely un-sleepable it was so uncomfortable. Luckily it was just one person who needed to sleep on it, and they slept on the couch itself (which was actually very comfortable). I would highly recomend the owner adding a nice air mattress in place of the pull out couch (or others bringing their own). Other than that the place was a very nice spot for a long weekend and well stocked!

We found this unit to be in better condition, better maintained and cleaner than any other VRBO that we have rented in the last 5 years. It is a nice, "cozy" unit that was very well suited for the two of us. The communication with the host was far superior to any other host we have dealt with. This alleviated all the stress, that we have had with other hosts, of finding the unit, knowing where an on-site office is and being able to get into the unit. The host checked with us several times during our stay just to make sure that all was well. There are two points that might prove to be informative for others. The unit is on the third floor at one end of the building and the elevator is at the other end. The bed is very soft but sinks in the middle, like a hammock.

Chris and I live in Ohio and love spending time in Hilton Head. Chris works in the HR field and I'm in sales. We have 5 children and 3 grandchildren so far. We are looking forward to sharing our vacation villa with our guests.

The master bedroom has a queen bed with a full closet and smart TV. The villa also features two bunk beds with railings, a full bath with tub and shower (with plenty of hooks and storage to hold your personal items), a stocked kitchen with spices and more, and a coffee bar. The living area features a dining table that seats up to 6 comfortably, a pull-out sofa, a 58" Smart TV, games, and books for children and adults. The balcony offers a partial view of the ocean with a high-top table and chairs, and 2 wicker chairs for enjoying some downtime. Get ready for the beach with chairs, a beach wagon, a rolling cooler, a beach bag, and toys.
There are 5 stairs to get into the condo building, there is also a ramp to get to the elevator. Rolling luggage racks are also available by elevator.
You have full access to the resort's three pools, tennis courts, playground, and gym.

We love what Hilton Head Beach and Tennis has to offer. The resort has activities for all ages and all seasons. They have children's activities in the peak season and events all throughout the year for guests. The pools, tennis courts, and children's playground are always clean and well-maintained. You can enjoy good food at one of the three eating establishments or a drink at the pool bar.
