*During February & March 2025, in-ground pool/hot tub will be constructed in the back yard. The house is still available for rent & completely usable!

Our cozy Monroe Blue Bungalow is WALKING DISTANCE to everything in downtown Monroe. This home is BEAUTIFULLY designed with a twist of antique farmhouse decor. It offers a wide front porch, a large Master suite, new appliances, completely renovated, and not to mention an IN-GROUND POOL AND HOT TUB COMING LATE SPRING 2025.

This home was built in 1910, but is completely renovated with custom cabinets, granite countertops, barn doors, a large walk in shower, laundry closet, and so much more. The kitchen is fully stocked with a coffee pot, pots, pans, dinnerware, silverware, mugs, cups, and everything needed to enjoy this home away from home! There is a park for the children right across the street!

**starting Feb 1, 2025 (and lasting through March) the backyard will be under renovation for a pool! We continue to welcome winter bookings & have discounted rates for the winter season. House is fully usable. Pool will be ready by Spring/Summer 2025

This home feels just like a true bungalow offering a cozy, comfortable, and unique stay.

The Blue Bungalow has three large rooms, TWO KING BEDS and ONE QUEEN BED. Each room is private, spacious, and decorated elegantly.

Perfect Spot for Graduation

We stayed here for our daughter’s UGA graduation. It is so well decorated and in a perfect spot. It was about a 25 minute drive to the stadium. Easy in and out from Monroe area. The house is so cute and we loved the front porch!

We had a family wedding in Monroe GA. We rented this property and the one beside it. Jordan and Patrick were fabulous to work with. Both properties were clean and well outfitted. Easy walking distance to so much downtown. Great place to stay!

We so enjoyed staying in your house. We were there for a funeral service but being able to walk to town was a major plus. The only suggestion we would have is a pad underneath the rugs, they moved around quite a bit.. we can’t wait to come back.

Fabulous time!

My parents and I were in town to visit my daughter and her wife during my spring break. The house was perfect for what we needed for our time. The house was beautiful and clean. The beds were comfortable and I enjoyed the hot tub. There were a couple of issues, but the owner came over quickly to resolve them. We also got to meet the housekeeper as she took a walk past the house. I highly recommend renting this home.

In November 2021, we purchased the Blue Bungalow. It had never been updated & was very dated... SOOO.... We spent a year completely remodeling the house, while still trying to maintain its historic appearance and uniqueness. WE LOVE THIS HOME! It's spacious, high quality, cozy, comfortable, and the perfect place to relax! We have decorated the house to feel like a historic beauty (including several antique pieces that we found in the shops in Monroe). Our personal favorite spot is the large front porch (also, the best place to enjoy morning coffee) & the back patio to relax!
