In the winter, parking in front makes unloading a breeze.

Our 17-acre site is completely gated, with access to our private beach exclusively for owners and their guests.

Conveniently park right in front of the Lakeside Nest providing hassle-free unloading, especially during the winter months.

Nestled within a private, gated, lakefront community, our property boasts 17 stunning acres.

This means you can legally swim, kayak, and boat on our private Lake Arrowhead beach, creating endless possibilities for aquatic adventures.

When using our water toys please stay close to our beach. Because we are members of the Lake Arrowhead Association you can go to the ALA office, pay $10 per person - age 15 or older - in order to hike around the lake trails owned by the ALA.

Rest easy knowing that parking is always free and plentiful directly in front of our Lakeside Nest!

Please wear life vests when using our water toys and children must also. If you decide not to wear our new provided life vests you do so at your own risk. CHILDREN MUST WEAR THE PROVIDED LIFE VEST when using the kayaks or paddle boards
Please note one dog per rental. Dogs must have tick & flea prevention. Dogs are not allowed on furniture and beds.

Please note all guests sign a short-term rental agreement & agree to provide a government-issued ID, selfie to match ID & to agree to a low cost damage waiver as provided by Super Hog.
