Located right in front of Dubai Marina and with close proximity to Burj Khalifa, and offering a variety of incomparable amenities, this location guarantees an unforgettable vacation whether you’re on a family vacation, or even a business trip!

This charming one bedroom apartment is spread over 44 sqm and has capacity for 2 people.
Although compact, this apartment has a beautiful interior, as the color white is prevailing throughout the apartment.
The living room at the unit features a large beige sofa, a matching coffee table and TV unit, topped with a 50’’ HD Smart TV, for you to enjoy your favorite shows.

Next to the living area is a high countertop with two high chairs for a warm dinner, nested near the open kitchen next to it.
The kitchen at the apartment is neatly organized, and is beautifully equipped with white cabinets and counter tops. It is fully inclusive of everything you might need, such as a cooking basics, dishes and silverware, hot water kettle, microwave, oven, refrigerator, toaster, wine glasses, gas stove, and Espresso machine.
The room is naturally well-lit, thanks to the large wall-to-wall glass doors, giving access to a private balcony with a table and two chairs, as well as a seating corner
with a table, overlooking the outdoor swimming pool in the community.

Going inside, you will find the bedroom. It comes with a comfortable beige queen-size bed dressed with fresh linens, night tables, a built-in wardrobe, and extensive wall-to-wall glass door, giving access to the shared balcony. The glass is covered by room-darkening shades - in case you enjoy a gloomy morning.
There’s one bathroom at the apartment, and it is beautifully decorated with colorful stones. It includes a washbasin, a toilet, and a shower cabin with curtain glass, and amenities such as cleaning products, conditioner, hair dryer, hot water, towels, soap, toilet paper, and more.

The apartment is equipped with safety equipment, such as carbon monoxide alarm, fire extinguisher, smoke detectors, and first aid kit. It also has WIFI and air conditioner throughout the space. That, in addition to an iron, and a washing machine.

Business Bay Dubai is well connected to two of the most-used highways in the city; in the north, it is connected to Sheikh Zayed Road and in the south, there is the Al Khail Road. There is also an exit leading directly onto the Downtown Boulevard.
