$ - Refunds will not be given for issues with the community or adjacent property areas. Homeless encampments are a block away but this area is very safe and is secured with sliding and locked gates with privacy mesh covers

⾕ - Hosts have lived in San Diego for over two decades and know this city as well as anyone else. Feel free to ask us any questions especially recommendations for activities, restaurants, bars, and daytime/evening activities. We pride ourselves in making sure our guests enjoy America’s Finest City to its fullest extent possible

✦ - Early Check-in and Late checkout are sometimes possible with an additional fee, please check us in advance to see if we can accommodate you

➜ - This property is located downtown where pedestrians and the homeless might be nearby
➜ - We do our best to secure the property with a sliding meshed fence
➜ - Refunds are not given due to the homeless nearby

彡 - Please note that scuffs, scratches, and stains may exist on the property that were not photographed. We repaint and replace items often but not between every guest

⚄ - Sometimes outdoor games and umbrellas are moved or removed from the property to make more space for parking

$ - Refunds will not be given if the exterior photos do not exactly match the photos

༄ؘ - Deck and jacuzzi will always be there

⮕ - Flexible check-in allows our guests to arrive as early as 11:30AM when we do not have another guest departing the same day. When another guest is departing the same day, bag drop-off is fine but the maid will need time to clean before check-in

⮕ - Due to the extra liability of early check-in or late check-out, there might be a slight extra fee based on certain circumstances

♨ - We do our best to keep propane tanks full. But there is a chance that the propane tank for a barbecue or fire pit might be empty. If this is the case, we kindly ask the guests to go to a nearby gas station to swap out the tanks and then we will refund them the cost of the purchase

☀ - We do our best to keep pool and/or spas/jacuzzis in top-notch condition and very clean. However, sometimes issues arise. Hosts will do their best to address an issue with the pool and/or spa in a timely manner but will not be responsible for refunding guests if these issues arise. For the electric jacuzzi: if it doesn't work during your stay - the host is not held liable for it

⚠ - During your visit, you may encounter our diligent team members tending to various tasks around the property, such as jacuzzi maintenance, gardening, and trash disposal. They play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing our facilities for your enjoyment
