➢If a grill is an amenity at this listing, we do not maintain them and we recommend cleaning the grill before and after each use.
➢ If you open it, close it; if you borrow it, return it; if you turn it on, turn it off; if you break it, fix it; if you use it, take care of it; if you make a mess, clean it up; if you move it, put it back... cleaning fees are for the preparation of your stay and do not cover deep cleans due to improper checkouts...

Please be aware that we regularly maintain the grounds and utilities of this property, and though we make every effort to provide advance notice, service times often vary; this may include noise disturbances such as lawn mowing, irrigation, and pool/spa maintenance (if present at this property). There are no refunds for occasional bug sightings, however if you notice more than one live pest of any kind indoors, please let us know and we will send our pest control to retreat the area.
