The property is part of a complex, accessed via key handover by the building staff. Shared spaces, such as the gym and pool, are available for all guests.

The property is located in a peaceful and beautiful area of Joluta, perfect for disconnecting and enjoying nature. Enjoy the proximity to the beach and explore the surroundings, where you will find stunning landscapes. There are restaurants with good reviews nearby, perfect for trying local cuisine.

- Zihuatanejo International Airport is approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes by car.
- You can access taxis, mobility apps, or rent a car upon arrival at the airport.
- There is free parking nearby for added convenience.

- Quiet hours are required between 10:00 PM and 9:00 AM.
- An additional daily cleaning fee (cash only) is charged:
- 1-6 guests: 450 mxn
- 7 or more guests: 800 mxn
- The property has a watchman available 24 hours for any needs that arise.
- No smoking inside the property.
- Small pets are allowed.
