Beautifully remodeled 4th floor resort condo located at the Gateway entrance to the Village of Baytowne Wharf. Updated with hardwood flooring throughout the entire condo and warm, comfortable furnishings in each room. Our inviting open floor plan features a full size kitchen that is fully stocked for your stay. There is bar seating for four, along with a high top table for four more. The living area is complete with brand new furnishings, including a sleeper sofa. The guest / bunk room is right off the living room with two twin beds. There is a full size guest bathroom right off the kitchen and living area complete with a stand up shower. The master suite features a large bedroom, updated bathroom with shower / tub combination. For your convenience, there is a full size washer and dryer off of the kitchen. The generously sized balcony features brand new and comfortable patio furniture! Please note: the owners have stocked a pack and play for guests- just bring your own crib sheets!

CANCELLATION: Reservations that are cancelled more than 30 days prior to the arrival date receive a full refund. Reservations cancelled 14-29 days prior to arrival receive a refund of 50% of the amount paid. Reservations cancelled within 14 days of arrival receive no refund unless the guest purchased travel insurance. Guests are required to complete a rental agreement by electronic signature within 3 days of booking.
