Guest Access
Though it's a duplex, guests have a private entrance and a completely private space. One wall is shared. This is the larger unit with two bedrooms located in the front. The backyard is fully fenced, enjoy relaxing with your iced coffee on a hot day! Guests may utilize free street parking, and have unlimited access to Wifi! The home features washer/dryer, heating and cooling. *Note: the backyard does not include a grassy area and there is no garage.

Neighborhood description
Just blocks from restaurants, shopping, and all the charm downtown Exeter has to offer, this is the perfect escape for few couples, a family, or a group of friends traveling to Sequoia National Park, Lake Kaweah, or just in town to visit family and friends in the central valley. Traveling professionals welcome! Exeter is known for its quaint small town feel, murals throughout the town, incredible brunch at Cafe Lafayette, and popular Rocky Hill marathon events and training. Christmas is the most magical time of the year as the town comes alive with festivities! In the summer, we often have outdoor concerts in the park a short walk from the house, and a great farmer's market in nearby Visalia every Saturday morning! A short stroll will take you to Bellcraft MicroBrewery, Exeter Coffee Co., and Wildflower Cafe- all Exeter staples that people come from miles away to enjoy!

Check-In & Check-Out

✅ Self-check-in available (details provided before arrival)
Office Hours: 8:00 AM – 9:00 PM (Please communicate within these hours. If arriving after 9:00 PM, let us know in advance.)
No Smoking
❌ Smoking, vaping, or e-cigarettes are NOT allowed inside the suite.
❌ Tampering with smoke detectors is illegal and strictly prohibited.
Violation of this rule will result in a $1,000 fine.
Pets
Dogs Allowed: Max 2 well-behaved dogs (must have their own kennel/sleeping arrangement).
$100 non-refundable pet fee required.
❌ No other pets allowed to maintain allergen-free space for future guests.
🐾Please pick up after your pet to keep the space clean.
Quiet Hours
10:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Keep noise levels low out of respect for neighbors.
No loud music, excessive rowdiness, or excessive drinking.
Visitors & Guests
Maximum Occupancy: 6 guests
Base rate includes 2 guests. Additional guests: $20 per person/night.
🚫 No unregistered overnight guests, parties, or events.
Violations may result in immediate cancellation of stay without refund.
Cleanliness & Respect
Please treat the space as your own and leave it tidy upon departure.
When using outdoor areas (patio, BBQ, etc.), clean up after yourself so the next guests can enjoy them.
⚠️ If something is wrong, low, or out, please let us know so we can fix it.
Accidents happen! Report any damages so we can address them promptly.

🔒 Lock doors and windows when leaving the suite.
No illegal activities or substances allowed on the property.
