With two bedrooms downstairs, and the primary retreat and living spaces upstairs, we think this home is perfect for two small families, one large family, or a girls' trip getaway! Enjoy whale watching from the balcony or the bluffs just steps away. Listen to waves crashing as you fall asleep each night! Beach access, a public pool, and a great picnic area and park are just a couple of blocks away. Park benches dotted throughout the shoreline are our favorite places to sip a cup of coffee and unwind. The world-renowned Fiscalini Ranch trail is just a short walk away as well. Remodeled in 2021, the space is fresh and clean!
Guests have access to the entire home, washer and dryer, and gravel lot adjacent to the home. There are two garages, one garage is reserved for owner use while the other is the perfect space for kids to hang out. Anything in the guest garage- beach toys, kiddie pool, games, grill, etc., is available for guest use.

Ocean views from upstairs in the kitchen, dining, livingroom, and outdoor areas, you're likely to see whales spouting and a gorgeous display of stars at night.

House Rules
1. Check In
Check in instructions will be sent out 24 hours prior to check in. If you plan to arrive late, please let us know so we can give you a back up code.
2. Honesty is the best Policy
Please do not bring your pets. Pets are not allowed at this property. Add all guests to the reservation- no more overnight guests than maximum occupancy.
3. No Parties or Smoking
Removal of smoke detectors is illegal. If you choose to smoke outside, dispose of your butts appropriately. This is a high fire zone! Absolutely no parties or large, loud gatherings at this property. Loud music, excessive rowdiness, excessive drinking or smoking, etc. will result in a $1,000 party fine. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 7 am.
4. Be respectful
When using outdoor areas, please clean up after yourself so the next guest can enjoy it as well. Thank you for your cooperation!
