Coastal Oasis w/Salt Pool-Hot Tub & Fire Pit

Summary:
Relax in a private, 80* heated pool or a 8-person hot tub. Backyard is enclosed in a lanai. Enjoy an ice-cold Margarita on the pool-side lounge chairs or multi person couch area under the roof. In the evening, sit around the fire pit and roast marshmallows. The beautiful sunset mural, makes you feel like you're already on the beach. Clearwater Beach/Indian Rocks is just minutes away. The fully stocked kitchen has everything you need to have a touch of home.

The Space:
Three bedrooms are set up for 10 guests; with two full baths, this house can easily accommodate 2-3 families with a fully eqipped kitchen and comfortable living room, a screened in patio area with a hot tub, sitting area and heated pool. Outside of the screened area, sit around a firepit or grill your favorite meal.

Guest Access:
Full use of the house including a private backyard with fence and a two-car driveway.

The Neighborhood:
Quiet, friendly neighborhood. Publix and Walmart within minutes.

Getting Around:
Easiest way to get around is by car. Each establishment was their own parking rules.

Other Things to Note:
During cooler months, the pool is heated to a comfortable 80*.
Streaming services are available with guests' accounts.
36-inch dog crate with attached food/ water bowls is provided.
Evening quiet hours begin at 10PM.
Dogs up to 50LBS are allowed. No other pets allowed without specific approval from host.
This rental home is a 1 story setting.
Four parking spaces are available on the driveway. Please do not block sidewalk for byclelists

Please note: Only starter supplies are supplied for your stay. 1 toilet paper roll per bathroom, 1 paper towel roll for the kitchen, one set of soap bar /travel size shampoo and conditioner-travel size per bathroom, one small dish soap bottle.
